She's so awesome!! Now I wish I had gotten the faceup >_< I've had more than a few experiences of photos of faceup not being what you get but this one is perfect!

Do you remember if the promo photo was of the white skin or normal skin? The Myou 40cm big baby is really tempting. I'm still a newbie and if i order, I'd hope to get as close to the promo photo as possible I think. Your doll is quite lovely,and its great to see your photos!

This is a really cute doll! I keep looking for more photos of her, but she's so new there's just not much to see yet. Is her head really 9 inches, though? That seems huge! I wonder if she'd look bobble-headed next to my bigger dolls.

 

She looks a bit proportioned like some antique porcelain dolls, like from French and Germany in the late 1880's! I think maybe that's why I'm finding myself drawn to these.( the Myou Sally is calling to me!!!) Interestingly, some of those early dolls had ball joints at elbows and knees, and sometimes other joints. It's fun to see how things develop and work through different historical periods!

 

I just recieved my Myou Loretta, named Holly.
I ordered through Alice's Collections and she arrived in two months. She doesn't have a faceup yet.

You guys are great enablers! I have just started to get back in to my bjds again, and have always pined for a 'baby' ever since Customhouse came out with the first 'Classic Ai'. I was considering getting a Gabriel Baby Luts (Gabriel has always been my favorite sculpt through all these years!), but I just don't like the bulky ball joints anymore... then I found these Myou and fell in love! I have an MYou Ailsa and I'm just so in LOVE with how well she holds poses! These dolls seem to hold them like champs and it's absolutely wonderful.
