Probably Delia

 

I'm assuming this is a 1/4 scale girl? If so, to me she looks the most like Ailsa in her features, here's the page on MYOU's site for Ailsa's blank head: BJD MYOU DOLL

 

Someone could have ordered her custom or with one of their other doll's default faceups, though I'm not sure which one she may look more like

ETA: I just noticed she's on the type 1 girl body (small bust version), so it's possible her faceup is an older style, I imagine most order the newer body types these days

 

Looks like Delia to me (Alisa has a curve to her lower eye so don't think it's her). While the upper face looks quite standard to Mou's face up, the mouth is throwing me a bit as not normally painted to look so flat! It might be a custom request or a good imitation? Myou have done a ton of variants for the Dolk Japan site though not seeing one that has that particular mouth/eye face up combo. The closest I could find was this Delia though the link doesn't seem to go anywhere so can't get any more info

 

Yes, she's not 1/4 DouDou as that sculpt has a very distinctive squashed up face so don't think the text is accurate. Actually looking again, I would change my to guess to Zuzana as the faceup and mouth is a close match. Zuzana also has a little upward curve on the lower eyelid towards the tear ducts which Delia doesn't have. It's more noticeable in the promo shots of Zuzana where the head is turned slightly to the side (it's hard to see face on). In the Mandrake photos, the one showing the head at an angle looks like it might have that curve? It'll be easier to tell in person i'm sure but would be something that could help identify it
