MYOU Daisy Fullset Unboxing and Review

Finally my sweet Elsie is here! I ordered her back in May through ACBJD, and she came so quickly for a fullset! I was super surprised. So here is an unboxing of the MYOU Daisy fullset with some little comments about the good and the bad of the fullset for those interested in getting her.
Packaging:
She is absolutely beautifully packaged, and comes with a lovely storage bag that will make it easy to transport her without her box. Aside from my Resinsoul Mei, none of my other dolls came with a carrying case/bag, so this was exciting! I need to find more companies that do this.

THE DOLL
The doll came with cute underwear- unfortunately mine came stained with a strange purple mark- I am assuming its a highlighter or some other sharpie, and there was no stain on the doll body itself.
The body is cute, but it does NOT sit well. She stands fine, but in order to get her to sit you need to either have her arms propping her up or twist her legs oddly to get her to sit normally. This problem is unfortunately only exacerbated by the fullset outfit.

Her faceup is absolutely ADORABLE! She came with the eyes already in her head, so she looks slightly terrifying and they definitely will need to be adjusted or switched out for eyes with slightly larger pupils depending on your vision for her. Be careful with the face-up protector, as it kind of smushes her eyelashes. The subtle freckling doesnt show up well in photos, but its amazing in person.
OUTFIT
The outfit is nicely packaged, and the horns are almost aggressively bubble-wrapped. I think there was more packaging on these things than the hands of the doll.

The horns themselves are super cute, but far smoother than they appeared in the photos. the ridges are barely there. The magnets are super strong, however, so you wont have to worry about her wig getting in the way of them sticking to her head.

The wig does not resemble the one in the photos, and would have been disappointing if the actual color wasn't identical to my own hair color. The idea of her and I matching overcame my disappointment that it wasn't the beautiful bright red they advertised. The cut is also not the same. this wig has looser curls and bangs, where the one advertised was more like Merida.

Her shoes have a cute little design on the bottom that I am in love with, though i'm not a fan of the white bottoms- they definitely take away from the historical design of the outfit.

The outfit is gorgeous and incredibly well made. It does not, however, fit. I ordered the body that was supposed to come with her, but the underskirt was made for a body with far larger hips. it stays up, but barely. The dress also would probably look better on the larger bust based on how it bunches on my doll's small bust, however i've seen some reviews with the larger bust and the dress sides don't close the whole way with the larger bust. So you have to either choose to have open sides or a bunchy top, I suppose.

The cloak has a double clasp- it can either be closed with the chain across the chest for a looser fit, or with the chain hanging down for a tighter fit.

The flower crown is cute and sits pretty well on her head. The belt is a bit odd, however, and doesn't sit well. The clasp in the back isn't centered, and its WAY too big for her. It also seems to have been made for a larger doll, and doesn't sit where it's supposed to on her waist, so the fake boning looks really obvious on the torso. I don't have a 1/3 female, but i'd be willing to bet the belt might fit one.

I am slightly disappointed in the fullset, especially the wig being so wildly off and the outfit not fitting properly, but the doll was still pretty cheap and shes still absolutely adorable. I will have to do a few adjustments on her outfit to make it fit the way it looks in the dealer photos, but I love her and have some good ideas for future photo-shoots. I hope this helps anyone looking to buy Daisy!
