40–49cm Dolls MYOU 49cm Angel body

Heya! Here’s a short version of my review of the Myou 49cm Angel body from my blog. Since this body is fairly new, I thought it might be useful to share for anyone curious about it.​

The body was very well wrapped and arrived safely. It took about 4 weeks to ship from China to EU.

Inside was a soft, plush bag with the company logo - really nice! I’ll definitely keep it as a carrier.



Hands and knees in details:






Extra hands! They’re really well made. I didn’t expect the body to come with these, so that’s such a cool surprise.

Body:






It stands like a rock. It has many (and actually working) stoppers in hips, knees and torso.



I really like the elbow joint—it’s beautifully made and works perfectly.

The body is carefully sculpted with a lot of details and well-designed mechanics. The resin feels just right - not too smooth, not too sharp - and all the seams were sanded down. I’m so pleased with the quality of this body!

Head that was meant for this body is a Doll Leaves Wish. The head is a bit old and yellowed, so the color match isn’t really informative.

The proportions are just right — exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you! Honestly, I’m impressed as well. The promo photos looked beautiful but didn’t reveal much about the mechanics. These days there are plenty of beautifully sculpted bodies with questionable engineering, so I’m really glad that wasn’t the case here.
