Yes she really does look great in so many styles. I have not found a wig that does not look good.

 

More pictures of Delia? I absolutely concur, she looks lovely in just about everything I've seen her wear.
I'd love to order Arthur or Zimo as a girl with his default faceup, I think the contrast between their rather darker looks would make for an interesting pair...

 

All of your photos make me can't wait longer for my Delia and Ailsa. I wish they deliver it soon.

@Allie27 - Her body is the Xagadoll 1/4 Girl body. ^_^ The color match is about.. 80-85% I'd say. I am looking for one that's a little nicer of a match.

 

Well... I just got my doll today. I love all my dolls. No lie, however, when I opened up my Delia and put her clothes, wigs and eyes on her, I was like, "Oh my goodness, you are just so stinking adorable!" I didn't even want to put her back in the box. I'm not a picture taker so like always, this is just a reference picture. My Delia is in Tan.

Thanks so much! I might post another one up close since she has her Oscar Doll eyes in. Delia is just a cute little sculpt. Now I want a boy for her friend. The headband I actually got from the Dollar Store. It was kind of a miracle because sometimes it's hard to find these kinds of things in the stores I go to in Maryland.

OMG, she is so gorgeous!!!!! I can't wait for my Ailsa in tan skin too, how about the seam lines, is there any seam lines? and how about the tan skin quality?

 

I just took Koko out of her box to look. To be honest I didn't see any noticeable seam lines. There as little discoloration on her inside right thigh but it was so slight I didn't even notice it until I looked under a bright light. It was really faint. Her hands, back, bum don't have any at all. There some slight, very slight sanding around her wrist but that could be because that's where it goes into the arm and has rubbed against it.

She's really smooth to me and I like her tan color. It's a creamy pretty tan color like @Oliveoil noted. Since most of my dolls have tan skin, her's is only second to my Island Doll's tan which I'm obsessed with. She might look somewhat off in color because I have a Leeke World Pink Coctail colored wig on her. Even though I try not to lean towards such light wigs, I love it on her. It really suits the doll and the color to me.

I'll try my best! I didn't like taking pictures of my SDs because they are too big and heavy to carry around but Koko may get more because she's much lighter and easier to handle and clothe.

 

Wow, I'm really happy that the doll has such amazing quality, I wish I can get them soon... I really kinda impatient now... LOL
I just ordered sakura & paper pet for the girls and I think It will end up the pet will arrive soon in few days, and I'm still not sure when the girls will arrive...
I can't wait for sewing clothes for them...

 

Thanks so much. Nope. She's the tan skin. I thought about getting the coffee but said I would take a chance on tan since the dolls were cheap with the Winter Sale and no harm no foul if I just tried it. Glad I did though. Her color choice was a good selection for me. No problem about the shoes. Since she has on thicker socks on the fit is tighter but a thinner sock would probably work better. I just love these socks.

I can understand how you feel. After they got behind on orders I thought I'd get my Fairyland Sircca before I got this doll but I'm glad that wasn't the case. I have a Sakura and Paper Cat from an event last year and it's the cutest little thing. I should get a picture of it and my Delia to see how the sizing goes. Once you get your doll, I think you'll be happy with her.

Ahh, Delia indeed beautiful sculpt I like her expression and her eyes, by the way, what size of eyes suit her best, 14mm or 12 mm?

 

I'm not actually sure. I pretty much stick to what the doll companies suggest with eye sizes. These are 14 MM eyes and I don't have any dolls that take 12 MM eyes to test those. Sorry. :\

 

I think both sizes work...it depends on the look. I will try to take pictures of the different sizes later.

Thanks so much! I made the bracelet myself. I try my best to make all the accessories my dolls have because it gives me more to do. I have to get a better picture of her hair clip so you can see it but this picture is horrible.

Thanks! Yes to the cat ears. Tata's Paradise has lots of them and in lots of colors. I got at least one for each sized doll I have.

The dress I got from AliExpress but the vendor ended up having to close their shop and remake it as a cosplay store. They are on eBay though. I was able to order the dress in White because I asked if they had white or a lighter color and they did.

Those shoes gave me a fit because they were too big. FYI to anyone getting Code Noir shoes. Some are way bigger than standard MSD feet. I think a Big Baby MSD would fit these shoes perfectly but I don't have one yet to test the theory. My friend knitted me socks and that helped with the shoes.

Thanks so much! The more I look at her I think I made a wonderful choice with the Tan Resin. This doll is pretty much my favorite BJD of all the ones I have. I love just having her out and about, more than my other dolls. I still love them too though!

 

@fairylin your words make me confident that my girl later will arrive sound and safely with beautiful sculpt and good resin quality.

 

You know, I thought they looked kind of big, but they're really pretty anyway. That's good to know, however, since my Kid Delf has a really hard time finding shoes that will fit her obnoxiously wide feet. I have so many shoes that don't fit her that being able to wear these shoes is a major factor in deciding which MSD to buy next. In the meantime, maybe I should try Code Noir.

 

@fairylin — you're tempting me so bad to get a tan Myou... as if I needed further encouragement. Your girl is such a nice color.

 

I think you'll be really pleased with your doll when you get her. I ordered her only on a whim and it was one of my best whims. Anyone thinking of a more affordable option for dolls should really think of adding Myou to their collection. It's one of the few places where I looked at all their sculpts and there isn't a single one I didn't like.

I would. I admit I got the shoes before I ordered this doll because I was going to get a big baby instead. When I switched my plans I still wanted to shoes because they were adorable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more shoes form Code Noir because they have some great designs and I'm drawn to them more than some other shoes I've seen.

I'm not sure I said it in another thread (I talk too much. >_>) but I'm always wary of Tan when I order it from anywhere because you never know how a companies Tan will be until you actually get the dolls. Myou's Tan is a lovely color and one of my favorite out of the three Tans I have (Island Doll, Myou and Doll Legend). I'm still waiting on my Magic Time girl in Tan and of course my Fairyland doll in Tan as well. I think with how affordable these dolls are, it might not be a bad idea to get one if you can. I can't wait to see what their future doll sculpts will look like.

 

I have a Sadol MSD dress that fits my Delia perfectly.

 

I am using Rosenlied Holiday dresses. They are a little short but work.

 

I got clothes from Dollmore and rRabit. I didn't get a picture of her in the Dollmore stuff but some of it was short on her. rRabit's clothes were perfect. Angell Studio dress fit her wonderfully.
