I confirmed Leekeworld 6-7 does not fit the Wind sculpt.

 

Oof. I love their body aesthetic. Especially the long/bowed arms. Very similar to the Spiritdoll arms which happens to be my favourite part of the SD body! Very nice. I may have to get myself a Myou. They're really lovely.

I'm thinking of getting a doll on 2-part body version 3. Does anyone know whether it poses nicely? I'm especially curious about the chest joint - I like my dolls to slouch and I'm finding out it's completely non-functional on some dolls (Resinsoul).
This body is beautiful and it would be such a shame if it pose badly.

Do any of you know anything about the clothes pictured on the Myou website? I love some of those outfits, but Myou doesn't seem to sell any clothes, unless it's in a fullset. I wonder if they get those outfits from somewhere that I can look at more pictures.

 

Email Myou and ask about the outfit you want. They do sometimes sell them separately. At least I have purchased a doll and gotten the outfit from another doll. You could also ask where they get their outfits.

 

I only have a Myou body in traditional MSD size but I need to redo all my other mad now so they can have the same thing I think. Here is my hybrid girl she's on a 2 part pear body.

Just wondering but has any body had problems with any of their Myou dolls sitting up straight?
I have a Zuzana and she needs constant support behind her for her to sit up straight, if there's not something behind her she slumps back and falls ;; I'd be fine with it usually but my cat has taken a fancy to jumping onto my desk lately and I'm afraid he'll shake it and knock her over flat on her face since she has so little strength in her back.

 

I have the original boy body and they stay sitting straight, no support. I can even pick them up just by the legs and they stay sitting and won't fall backward. Do you have the body version with the actual ball joints?

 

I have the 3 part "version II girl body" with a small chest! And I haven't been able to do that with mine since day one, I posed her once and after that it's like she went flaccid.

 

It's probably due to how those actual ball joints are designed unfortunately.

 

I guess that means its time to get a new glue gun and get to work so her back stays up.

 

My two part pear body sits up just fine. Tho I tend to make her slouch a lot. Maybe it's having to do with the 3 part torsos.

Hi! Does anyone here have an souldoll (preferably Hari) head and a myou version two body ? Im really curious if I like the proportions

 

I'm very interested in the Myou boy body ver 1. Does anyone have this body? How is it posing ability compared to the 2nd slim version?

 

@Copcop - I have ver1 body but not ver2, so I cant compare. But looking at the photos a major difference the ver2 pelvis socket joint appears to be an actual ball so it probably can not do the 'lift leg to chest while sitting' pose (or whatever it's called) that you can do with certain thigh cut joints.

 

@xyuemoto oh that's too bad, I like the aesthetic feature of body ver 2 but I need my doll to have more mobility. Thank you so much.

I'd just received a Delia on ver.3 body in June and she's just soooo stunning. I love this new body a lot But the problem is her high heel feet. They are TOO SMALL even with the company's shoes. So I only had a personal commission shoes for her. Can I ask where can I find shoes or boots that can fit her high heels feet ?

Hi, I just gotten my Myou Doll Bella, I'm wondering why do they're joints squeak so much? Never had a bjd joints squeak while moving them.

 

@CrimsonDeath Delia is very pretty. I do not have the high heel feet but the flat feet fit Minifee shoes.
@devasione I have no idea why they squeak but most of the Myou dolls do squeak. I got used to it.

@Oliveoil thank you so much for the information ! the high heel feet are very small, it can even fit with a large 1/6 pair of shoes (I tried them on!) Maybe I'll change her feet.

@Misoup Yes! I love Michelle! I did not like Ver. 2 body but many do. I prefer the first one as the third is too thin for me. I am tempted to order her but I am not good as waiting. I know you weren't asking about the Ver 3 body but here is a comparison photo I took with Ver 1 and 3 with Minifee.

@Oliveoil They really do such wonderful faceups! And yes, she is on the version 1 body. Despite being single jointed I find it's very lovely and poses quite nicely. The version 3 body is lovely too, but is a bit too thin for my liking.

I'm definitely on the boat for their new girl Michelle... I can absolutely see myself putting an order in for her sooner rather than later hahaha.

 

I ordered Martha in a ver. 3 body, as I fell in love more with the body than the head sculpt XD Still waiting for her to ship. Though I kind of wished I ordered Michelle instead as she's really cute

 

I love your dolls! Wonder if Delia could fit in the Raccoon Doll heels? I'm also thinking about the Tonner American Model heels.

I wonder if anyone please has any comparison pics of Myou msd version 2 and version 3 girls? I can't find many photos of Version 2 poseability, and I think her shoulder width may help me choose v2 over v3. Is there much difference in their slimness and posing, such as kneeling, holding her hand to her face, etc? Also, version 1 is so pretty too... How to decide?!?

I ordered an in stock Delia with V2 body from an authorized distributor, she’s getting her face up done right now. Then have to wait a month before she can get to me. Can’t wait!

 

@LilyAndRuby I do not have a comparison photo and going on memory. I did not like V. 2 body. For me I struggled with posing. V3 is quite a bit thinner. She is nice but it was difficult finding shoes that fit. My fav is the Version 1 body.

I bought a MYou doll a while ago. It came with its wig, but I really struggled to put it on, even without a wig cap. I was afraid to scratch the head with my nails while doing it, so I left it with no hair. I think I even pulled a few hairs that came off while trying.

Now I'd like to purchase a different wig but I wonder what size I should go for? I assume the one that came with the doll was a 7-8". Should I purchase an 8" one instead? I don't know if that would fit a 45 cm Wind doll. Any online shops that you would recommend?

 

@Rococo Doll - I have the Wind sculpt, an exact 8 is too big (his head is 18.5cm), he can fit a 6-7 wig too depending on the sizing. I would suggest Monique Gold Collection wigs if you want a wig that is easy to get on as they are very stretchy, he wears 6-7 in that brand.

I was looking at the Crobi Dolls wigs but I was scared to buy the wrong size. I think I will follow your advice and get a Monique wig. I heard they're really good.

 

About wigs it always depends of which wig you want to use with specific head. For example if you will choose any wig which is made for Minifee it fits majority of heads with 6-7 wig size (even 6,5-7), or it can be even too big. Their "wigcup" have a nice size and it's "deep" because of form of their heads (back of the head is big). I have one minifee sized wig which is really big for my another doll who has the same wig size. So it does not works for all. Sometimes it's really hard to find the perfect wig for your doll :<

 

@Rocco Doll - I didnt buy fullset so I didnt get a wig with him. I specifically bought the monique wig for him as I already had several of them and like them. Unfortunately not all brands 6-7, 7-8, et cetera are the same dimensions so it can be a bit trial and error unfortunately.

I only bought his wig because I thought that would be the perfect size for his sculpt.
It should definitely be a bit bigger to make it easier.

 

Myou dolls are so pretty and while looking for my first doll Suzana and Delia both were really high on my list of options. I still might have to add Delia to the family one day...

Anyway, while browsing earlier I noticed on dolk.jp site that they have special limited boy version of Delia available there and I'm in love with him, he's so cute! do you think he'll ever be available outside of the dolk.jp? (I guess not T_T) The Snow Delia available on dolkus.com is cute too but I personally don't love the faceup on her and it'd be dumb to buy something limited like that and then swipe the face off because it irks me, so while I love the set otherwise I'll sadly have to leave it unbought.
