How was he or she packed? Wrapped in soft foam sheets, with face protector.

What did his or her box look like? Black textured box, a large colored sticker of Oceanmoon's logo and catchphrase on the lid! (different box from OM's previous tinydoll packaging! Looks sleek.)

What did he or she come with? He is a complete doll (body + head) with faceup by the sculptor. I also purchased fist hands and requested that if they have any of the lace trim from some promo photos, could they sell me some? They sent a perfect doll-scarf-length. In addition, his Letter of Authenticity, letter of recommendations (wig sizing, eyes, and what to expect of his resin) and full-color postcards of other Oceanmoon dolls.

The rest of her parts were wrapped in gobs and gobs of bubble wrap and thick EPE foam sheeting. Her head (with face up) included a face mask.
What did her box look like? Smoky blue/grey with a gold foil logo.
What did she come with? Coral Orange mermaid parts, Romantic head, special hands, a certificate, manual and hardware. I also purchased one of her fullset outfits (pink) and wigs (ivory).

How was he or she packed? One box, with all mermaid parts, heads, and hands separately bubble-wrapped, and her torso in a zip up bag she'll never fit into with that tail attached...well, not the very bottom, anyway.
What did his or her box look like? Cloudy grey Soom box, no damage, woot!
What did he or she come with? Mermaid ears, extra hands, OE and romantic head, peridot wig, CoA, s-hooks, magnets

What did his or her box look like? awesome box... white with silver letters and some design carved.
