How was he or she packed? Very very well. His hands were packaged separately. His faceup and eyelashes were well protected with tissue/foam/face mask. His legs and arms were also wrapped in foam underneath all of his bubble wrap. And he was inside an air filled plastic outer wrapper inside his box.
What did his or her box look like? Navy blue with silver Loongsoul logo. Very nice box with a gentle texture and finger grooves on the short ends to help get the lid off more easily.
What did he or she come with? I ordered him during the Chinese New Year event and chose gift set A, which included a free head (LingYu), extra S hooks, extra acrylic eyes and underwear. He also came with the normal goodies of a birth certificate, acrylic eyes, and a dogtag with the LS logo on one side and his serial number on the other. Mint on Card added in some candies and LS bookmarks too!

How was he or she packed? His hands were wrapped in some foam padding and he was in a plastic bag inside a silky padded yellow sleeping bag.
What did his or her box look like? Bright baby-blue Bobobie box. Probably the best looking BBB box I've ever seen! I love FedEx.
What did he or she come with? A free brown wig, two pairs of blue eyes, and a pair of 1/3 girl hands that I ordered for my Harang's body.

How was he or she packed? Hands and legs wrapped, face guard, 2 fluffy yellow cushions that he was tucked between.
What did his or her box look like? Yellow box that was HUGE, compared to the size of him.
What did he or she come with? A blondish wig ... did not suit him though since his face-up is dark.

New or Second-Hand: He is second hand from MadameLector (who is a great seller to work with, btw!).
How was he or she packed? He was wrapped in lots of bubble wrap within his shipping box. My Gerard was very safe during his trip from Florida. :3
What did his or her box look like? He was just in a brown shipping box, which is perfectly fine by me!
What did he or she come with? The seller was kind enough to send him with eyes, which I was not expecting and is great since he is my first BJD and I'm very unprepared! He also had a sweet little note from MadameLector. (:

He is so much more handsome in person, I absolutely love him! Next up, wig, clothes, and most dire: a body!

What did he or she come with? Doll, Normal Hands, Grabby Hands, Original acrylic eyes, Gorgeous Green Glass eyes, T-shirt-dress, fairy top, necklace (last three were handmade by previous owner)

I am absolutely in love, just waiting for her wig to arrive now!
