Lovely eyebrow shape, and a good choice of base-tone blushing color.

 

(little late to the party) However I love the colors chosen, the faceup itself is very aesthetically pleasing. The forehead blush is really subtle and well done.

 

The faceup is so pretty, so natural and rosy in a really subtle way and the little detailing in the skin like the freckles are lovely too! The blushing is very soft yet sculpted so it defines parts of the face well, with a super awesome variation of tone~
I'm trying to think of a critique for you, The only thing I'd suggest is maybe try some eyelashes? Because the face is quite masculine I don't think there needs to be loads or dark ones either, but i think a few light brown ones to frame the eye around the bottom corner would look nice, eyelashes are hard, but Ive found using really watered down Gouache paints and a long thin paintbrush works really well since the shape of the brush naturally makes tapered lines~

I love freckles Eee.

The eyebrows seem a little one-dimensional to me. Could you go over with maybe a brighter version of the browns you used, and make a few prominent hairs to give it depth? Like a few stark coppery strands that are catching the light. And like Felinefero said, some tiny lashes on the corners of the eyes.

Also, I have a weakness for blushed ears. Maybe throw some dark pink in the centers and a little on the outer shell. (I would also say freckles, but then I'd just be biased.)

 

He's looking great! My main suggestion would be to make the eyebrow hairs go multiple directions, starting leaning inward towards eachother, and then moving to angle outward to the outside tapers. Also don't be afraid to make the hairs criss cross, you've got a bit of the angle change started but your hairs don't seem to want to touch eachother or overlap.
I love their shape though, and everything else is also just knitpicky detail work. :P great job!

 

I'd advise a different eyebrow texture and maybe bringing a little more drama to the eyes. Otherwise, it looks pretty good.
