Hello everyone!! Long time without posting here, because years ago I gave up the hobby for economic reasons and last year I returned. I want show you my first makeup in my Dollzone Honey, I finally dared to do it and I know that it is not perfect and I thought that it would be more delicate to be a big head, but it is all the best I have been able to do. I had to repeat the eyebrows and eyelashes about 20 times, but that's it, Trixie, my fairy of the seasons of the year already has a face Now I "only" need to make her accessories for each season. Tips for my next makeup are welcome.
Wow that’s great for your first faceup! I love the colours you used. I don’t do faceups myself so I don’t really have any advice but I think you did a good job.
The eyeshadow is amazing! And even the lining of brows and lashes are good for a first face up. Thinning a bit more the paint might help to get them even nicer. And it is maybe taste, but you can generate more depht with more blushing/shadowing/highlighting different parts of her face. But she is already totally adorable!!
The gradient shift on your eyeshadow looks awesome! I love that it’s subtle and colorful at the same time.
What I like best is that sweet expression you've achieved. It's more character than many professionals achieve. I applaud your brave and well done use of color!
It’s hard to believe this is your first face-up, it’s so well done! I love your use of colour to accentuate the sweetness of the sculpt (and I feel you on having to redo eyebrows and lashes lmao) This may be a personal preference but I think one way to really elevate the quality of your next faceup would be to use similar colours in the lid crease as your eyeshadow colours. For example, use brown to sketch it out, put your eyeshadow colours on (blue as the example), and then go over the lines after with a blue line just slightly darker than your eyeshadow. :^) But even if you don’t do that (because it really is a stylistic choice) she turned out really well and you should be proud of yourself!
