Negative Feedback Mutual Negative feedback for cherryquf|Miarin

Jul 2, 2019

    1. The body was posted on DOA and the picture included the box, however, free shipping was only for a no box ship which I wasn't happy with, so I was asked to pay for the shipping. Since the price said "Negotiable" and no box shipping was free, I asked for $10 off since I could pay in full and right away, which she agreed immediately to. She then asked if it was ok if I wait for a week, I asked if she could give me a further discount of an additional $5 for waiting, she then said she can ship right away. I was happy and didn't pursue her for any other discounts.

The doll came in a company box wrapped in butcher paper with no protection whatsoever, however, the doll inside was bubble wrapped and arrived in a good condition. As I paid extra $10 for the shipping, I asked to reimburse me for the shipping I paid extra because the box was in an unsatisfactory condition plus the fact she wrapped it carelessly made me upset as she handled the item I paid $300 with such little regard or care.

The box shown in her sales post looked to be in a pristine condition, however, she said she already received it that way from a previous owner, which turned out to be a lie, after I asked the previous owner, who claimed @cherryquf received the box with no issues.

She completely disregarded the condition of the item and told me that "the box doesn't matter", but I am sure anyone who collects minifees, the most recasted dolls out there would disagree.

She then challenged me to go to PP and file a claim which I did, she, on the other hand, requested I return the body, which made no sense as the body had no issues. I called PP asking what would be the best thing to do, they said they can reimburse me 10 dollars if that will make me happy and asked me to just close the case as it will be easier for everyone. I did so. I told her that and asked again if she could refund me and it will be a nice gesture, she said she will not reimburse me any further. I shared with her then, how unhappy I was with the whole situation and she didn't respond. I thought the case was closed, everything was resolved even tho I was not happy, but in a couple of hours she ended up posting negative feedback about me which absolutely shocked me, where she was claiming I was "extorting" her. I did not expect this outcome at all. However, the thread got deleted and I was told I can create a negative feedback here. So that's what I am doing as I don't want any further lies to be spread. I am including the pictures of the box and the condition I got it in and how it was wrapped and our conversations proving everything I said.

    2. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for miarin as a buyer. I posted a like-new 2018 minifee body on sale with the company box, manual, and a copy of CoA for $295 with possibility of free shipping, if shipped in a smaller box. She wanted the company box, so she agreed to pay $20 for the shipping; however, she asked for a $10 discount, which is totally fine because I did indicate price was negotiable. She paid total of $305 ($285 body, $20 shipping) Her attempts at getting more discount/CoA starts here:
      • she asked for an additional $5 discount because she mistakenly thought she’d have to wait a week for the doll to ship. I let her know that was not the case, and she did not pursue further discount due to waiting period.

      • The original listing indicated she'll be getting a COPY of CoA, but she insisted she should get the actual CoA because the body is more expensive than the head. I refused. (Note: she requested this after payment)

      • The doll's body arrived in good condition, according to her words. But the box did not. She asked for an additional $10 because the box was not in good condition, and said she'll have to take it to Paypal if I disagreed.

      • I refused. She took it to Paypal and started a $10 refund claim.

      • She REVISED the claim shortly after to $25 refund, then immediately escalated to Paypal.

      • As a resolution, I offered her a full refund ($305) if she ships the item back because I personally did not mind the dented box and could not discount the minifee body to $260. (additionally, if she rebated the return shipping cost via Paypal, she would not lose anything)

      • But she said she did not want to ship the item back, so she closed the claim on her own. Then she messaged me AGAIN asking to refund the $10 she initially asked for.

This transaction was very exhaustive. Her suggestion of fixing the issue was too costly, she rejected paypal's resolution, and left me a negative feedback. I'm very sorry that I had sold my minifee body to her.
