MuDoll Tinies: BeBe, Dotories and Little Dotory lines

I didn't realise Tory was on topic!

Does anyone have a doll with this body and know how it compares to other BJD such as PF Sugar, Tiny Delf 20, Lati Yellow special?

 

Yesterday, I received my Dotories Bebe Buu (Master Cheff).

I only have Latis!!

She is a cutie - how well does she pose? Is it difficult to find clothes for her?

 

For me she poses well, she's not perfect but she can sit with her back almost straight and stands perfectly.

I think they're pretty cute and underestimated. My next Mudolls are going to be Liuu and Tan Buu (she's smaller, 17cm).

Basic, the face ups all suit blonde or red hair and I wanted mine to suit dark brown or black so I'll have to do her face up myself.

I found lati sp shoes on taobao that I'm hoping will fit too.

Does anyone have the 17cm doll? I was wondering how well she sits, the ones in the photos on the site aren't really sitting up straight. Thank you!

The Bebe Petit body was also used for LE kitty Buu and the posing photos are a bit better than on Mocha Buu's sales page: MUdoll.com

Other the stock photos I haven't seen any pics of the Petit girls, only the regular Bebe body.

I made the plunge - their faces are just too sweet to pass up. Not sure why they aren't getting more attention. I ordered 3 Bunny Liuu, Chiuu Marina Navy, and Cherry Cocoa Shuu. I also ordered some extra outfits so they have some change of clothes when they get her. I have to stay off DOA now so I don't buy any more dolls this year

I purchased my girls from Fabric and Friends and they arrived today. These dolls are so much cuter in person than their photos. I wish I could post pictures, but I am waiting for my son to have some time to show me how to download them onto my computer, into a shared site and then here. Once this old dog learns new tricks I will be sure to share some pics.

P.S - they pose beautifully.

I'm so surprised that there is so little interest in these dolls. They are adorable.

 

I just found out about them and ordered some from Fabric and Friends. I am very pleased with the quality, the face up's, and poseability. I think people just don't know about them. I purchased some of their outfits too as there aren't too many dolls with the same measurements, but the size is nice enough to sew for. I am sure I will add one or two more in the future.

 

I'm going to try and save up for my first one - and some of the outfits too.

I just discovered MuDoll and oh my goodness, I haven't been so in love in such a long time! I'm definitely going to save up for a Bebe Buu, and maybe Dotories Rosie for her bigger self! UGH. TOO CUTE. I might get them blank though, since I have a face-up in mind, but their default face-ups are so cute.

Can anyone clarify something about their wigs for me? I read on the website that their heads measure 4.5-5". Can they take Lati Yellow wigs at around 5-6"? Maybe they can if they wear a silicone cap? I'm particularly looking at wigs from For My Doll, which have a large selection of wigs in the 5.6-5.7" but none in 4.5"

 

Hi delgadina - I have a Ruby Red 5-6 wig on my Shiuu - it is a little big but would fit fine with a wig cap. I don't know if the wigs from For My Doll would run the same. Maybe someone else has one of their wigs and can try it for you.

 

I'm still waiting for my Buu so can't say for sure but I think formydoll wigs run a little large? Probably better to order wigs in her size.

Leek world have similar quality to formydoll but have the right size. They are sorted by style with colour choices inside the product pages:

Parabox have cheap ones, the quality isn't that amazing though.

 

For as cute as they are in the company photos - they're even -cuter- in person! >w< And their outfits are pretty nice quality and are also super cute - best of luck with saving up for one!

@delgadina I don't have wigs from For my Doll, but the wigs I have from Lati and one from Fatio in 5-6 are too big. Maybe with a silicone cap you can do well.

Ah, helpful! Thank you! Yeah, most of the dresses I've been eyeing come with little bloomers, so I feel like I'm good on that front. And what a lovely crew you have, I might add!

Man, sometimes I think, do I really want this tiny...? And then I look at the MuDoll website and at your lovely owner photos and I think, oh man, I do, I seriously do.

 

Every time I come check on this thread I'm even more tempted to get a Bebe Buu in mocha skin, she's just too cute!! Right now she's the only doll I've got eyes for, but I'm trying to hold off on getting her until I graduate as a little gift to myself. I can't wait to see more pics of Dotories Bebe though, so far they've all been so adorable

I have a Chiu, but I haven't gotten her a wig or faceup yet. I feel bad that there's not more interest in these babies. Its probably because people are unsure about the company, and because they only appear to be available as fullsets.

But I can tell you that if you want to order one basic and blank you totally can, you just have to message them
and shipping only took about a month.

I'm writing here again, June 1, to let you all know that I just got a shipping notice??? Omg??? That is nuts! So my little one is now on her way to me, after a ridiculously short wait!

Right?! They must've had it in stock or maybe a previous order didn't push through. I was bunking down for a wait of at least a month or two, so I nearly fell off my chair when I got the shipping notice! The tracking number says it was cleared from Korea's local post today and is now on its way to me. I had her shipped via registered airmail, so that should be a week or two more. She'll probably spend more time in transit than I spent waiting.

Unusually fast, isn't it? Will definitely share photos when she arrives!

Hi, I just wanted to say that a friend of mine has Dotories Sien, and I just can't say enough good things about her. She is gorgeous, a good poser, her resin is smooth and heavy, her joints are tight, and the clothes and wig she came with are incredible. I want this dolly so bad! But there are several dolls on the list ahead of her, so one of you guys should buy one and post lots of pictures for me, okay? I kind of want a Chiuu too, but I think that size might be too small for me.

 

I just went and checked her out on their site - she is lovely! If anyone has her it would be great to see owner photos.
