MSD boy dolls with "optional parts"

I only know Dollshe Mystic bodies you can have it on or a cup. The thing can for any male body be a bit over the top and make clothes a problem.

For 'enhanced' BJD, I think having clothes on are meant to be a problem!

 

I think Granado has optional parts? You can see them in their doll images when looking at their model pages

 

Off the top of my head, Unoa 1.5 boys include option parts
