Negative Feedback MrsMouse - UNHAPPILY RESOLVED VIA PAYPAL

    1. I bought a Notdoll Belladonna Head from MrsMouse and paid in full including shipping on the 12th last week. She advised that she would send the head out via tracked post as soon as she was able to after payment was received.

      I asked her to confirm once the payment had been received and for an idea of when the head would be sent. Since I paid for the head she has not responded to any of my PMs. I also sent an email to the same address as the paypal account I made payment to and that has also been ignored.

      I sent her a further PM today to advise that I would be posting in the problem transactions thread and gave her 24 hours to respond. Rather than wait I decided it best to post now as she also has other sales threads open on the marketplace and I don't want anyone else to have to go through the same issues I am currently experiencing.

      If she genuinely has a reason for not responding fine, I just need to know either way what is happening with this purchase.

      Sorry for having to bring this into the public section of the forum (I've copied and pasted your reply into the problematic transactions thread that I opened yesterday).

      I felt like you had left me no choice with your lack of contact.

      Can you let me know if you packaged the head up securely before you left for your trip or have yet left this up to your mom to arrange? I'm just concerned that she may not know the value of the head and it may arrive damaged as a result.

      If you could get back to me with the tracking number as soon as its been sent I'd really appreciate it.

    14. I've now escalated this to a claim.
       
    15. MrsMouse was on the forum at 08:36 AM today, no response to my last PM or details left in this thread.
       
    16. The claim is sitting untouched in Paypal and I've had no further response through the forum and never any reply via email. The claim has a few more days to run, so I'll await the outcome of that before I can close this thread. I've not sent any further PMs to @MrsMouse as it lies with her now to contact me. If she does get in touch I'd prefer it to be in this thread and NOT via PM.
       
    17. Well MrsMouse didn't respond to the paypal claim and they have closed it in my favour today. The payment is showing as reversed, so this should clear back into my account in the next few days. I will close this thread once the refund has come back to me.

      @Eleniel thank you for your help so far. Can I just ask where I leave negative feedback? Does this thread count or do I post a separate negative feedback thread? Either way if you can let me know I will sort it asap!

    19. It could take up to 30 days for the amount to get back to my credit card. So as I know this has already been refunded, I would like to close this thread as unhappily resolved.

      If this is where I leave feedback, so be it.

      I do not recommend buying from MrsMouse. Her communication was fantastic, right up until the point that I paid for the head. She then took almost a week to come back to me, after I opened this thread and a dispute on paypal. I had to basically force her to respond by making this issues I was having with the transaction public. She didn't respond in this thread as she was meant to, so I copied and pasted her responses here.

      She advised that she would have her mum send the head and then agreed to send the head herself once she was back from her emergency business trip. I can't help but feel these were just excuses to drag out the transaction needlessly. She didn't respond to any further PMs after the deadline passed for sending on the 22nd and she didn't respond to the paypal claim either.

      I am extremely disappointed with her action or lack of and seriously advise against anyone buying from her.
