Lost/Damaged Missing Order with Camellia Dynasty/no communication

    1. Hello!

      On January 9, I ordered an orange Ling from Camellia Dynasty. Their listing states shipping is normally 30 business days. My order still has not shipped, which would be fine (it's been 52 actual days, but only 35 business days, counting Chinese New Year), but when I log into the site, the order isn't there. I also didn't get an order confirmation email, which I didn't worry about as I've have other companies not send one and everything was fine. However, I found this message on their website:

      I didn't see this before I ordered (it's under "Q&A", so I didn't even know I needed to know this) and I don't remember if I saw the right page or not.

      I contacted them as directed and asked if my order is ok, and there has been no reply at all. It's been over a week. The news on their site hasn't been updated since 2019.

      Does anyone know if this is normal?

      I don't want to seem paranoid, but I've recently dealt with another dealer losing my order and blaming me for not asking about it sooner, so I'm a little anxious about this.

    2. I'm sorry if I missed this in your post, however, did you actually check your bank to see if the order went through?

      If there is no money missing they didn't get your order. If there is money missing I would recommend trying to charge back if they do not reach out to you in another few days or so.

    3. I paid with a credit card through PayPal and the transaction did go through. That is the only evidence I have of this order at all. (Sorry for not making that clear in the first post!)

      I have tried contacting them again and told them if I don’t hear from them in a week, I’ll be going through PayPal to try to contact them there.

    4. Good luck! Please keep me posted, I've considered purchasing their little pets, so if their customer service/ service in general is this bad perhaps I won't.

    5. UPDATE:

      I got no response, so after waiting a week, I went through PayPal to try to get in touch with them, and got a response within 24 hours! Apparently, my order form did not go through when I ordered, but the payment did. They tried to contact me twice to ask what the payment was for, but I never got either message. I'm assuming my spam filter ate them. They also didn't get my messages, so something weird between our emails was definitely going on! Anyway, they were very nice and helpful, and offered a full refund, or if I still wanted the doll, they needed some info and would put a rush order in for him! So I should be getting my fox!
