Ordering Mirodoll layaway process

Hello~
So I'm trying to order from Mirodoll. I'd like to start a short layaway to cut down on my wait in production time. (A $30 dollar deposit is totally doable. The 300+ balance isn't until a few weeks from now. )
from what I see, I'm supposed to email the company with what I want, in the colors, I want, with shipping information, etc and they're supposed to shoot me back a cost and invoice.

So far, I've gotten no invoice or anything back from them. I sent it all late lsat week, but still..
Looking into everything, I see people have a hard time getting in contact/emails back from Miro.

What's the next step i should take? Has anyone done layaway before? Is this how I should go about it?

 

I did post on their facebook page then, Hopfully they get back to me.
The only thing is, I don't want to go posting all of my private information there. I left them my email and figured I'll delete it once I get a response

 

I'll give them through tonight for the posting to their wall method. If It gets me nowhere, I'll definitely PM them.

 

I did write it out pretty simply.
Basically I went down the list. I said I wanted to do a layaway.
I listed the 4 items I wanted.
asked for shipping quote and invoice. I literally copy and pasted their step by step instructions and answered as I went down. :P
But yes, maybe they're just waiting on a translator just to be sure.

 

Well, nothing last night:
If I order via Etsy, do I not get their event items however?
I have enough for a small MSD body I want for a raffle....
