    1. Wow! He totally works on a shorter body! They both look really good! Thanks for sharing, Genevieve. It's cool to see more options for these lovely boys.

      I just got him a couple of funky wigs yesterday. He's sporting the pink/grey one currently. I kinda want to buy him glasses...

    2. So glad I could help you azurevsaztec! I couldn't get the head off of the doll with the Dolkot body (not sure how I got it on in the first place with those huge knots...), but you can't get those types of bodies any more except for secondhand, and they'll likely be just as yellowed and un-matchy. :p
      The resinsoul body looked really great with him, and I looovee the hoofed body! I just recommend that you wire the arms and suede everything -v- I also took a picture of some mods that I did to the grooves in the thigh pieces so that he won't lean back so far and fall over. That's a problem with the RS bodies, but it's simple to fix even with hot glue plugs if you don't have apoxie.
      I'm eager to see how your Lestat turns out, it's really a wonderful sculpt. I was really impressed with how detailed and deep the mouth sculpting is.

      And I guess it's paying it forward for Blithefool's help in deciding which body I should go with for my lestat! >3< The fit and proportions were so perfect that I practically bought the body as soon as I saw one. XD And lucky for you, Resinsoul bodies are very well priced!

      Vic has such a sharky little grin~ Somehow these miracledoll sculpts are very versatile, though you wouldn't think so. I think Vic has certainly wormed his way into my doll plans.

    3. Once again Thank you so much for your help Genevieve! The character that I have in mind wears pants most of the time so I'm trying to figure out if it's even possible to just switch out the human feet for the hooves from a resinsoul hooved body to the human body! If it's possible then I'd be literally over the moon! And I believe the bodies are even in stock on the bobobie site right now! But I can only get the body and head and different timings since I'm still schooling, and will only start my part time job next month onwards blehh. So it will be a while before I spam my boy, but till then.. do keep the spams coming!!

    5. I don't think the feet are interchangeable with hooves due to the shape of the ankle sockets unfortunately. But I hear from other owners of the body that you can add human legs to your order so that you can change them out. From the swiveling thigh piece downward, the hooved legs are different than the human legs.
      I look forward for when you can show your Lestat off~ I'll get more pics of my boy soon!

      And as for the database, I don't think there is one! One should be made!

    8. I just found this company looking through Dolls Singing/jeeryama (hahaha looking at their DF-H sale). UGH I love Asael and Lestat... though more lestat cause god... them teefs. and their accessories T^T

    9. candy_coated- I *think* everyone on this board has a hybrid of some kind? I don't know that any of us own bodies from Miracledoll. Folks- please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong! I have a Lestat on an old DZ 70cm body and a Vic on a Crobidoll M Line body.

    11. I'm afraid I hybrided my Lestat too. I hope someone gets a body from them soon so we can all see. Their props are tempting enough alone. o~o
      I've got my Lestat on a Doll Chateau A-02 body.

    13. I plan to hybrid my future lestat head as well but I really do love the aesthetics of their bodies. On a side note Dolls Singing is have a 5% off sale on miracledoll heads and I think I shall put in my order for my lestat head now via a 1 month layaway plan (just because :P )
      So how long does it usually take for the heads to be shipped out once you've made the payment guys!?

    15. Yay, another Lestat! I just saw a box opening for a Lestat head in the box opening forum, I'm so glad to see more around. =v= I hope everyone joins the discussion. And the database has been made :D

      As for the waiting time, I got my Lestat in a little under a month, very fast.

      I feel bad for posting so many pics here >3> someone post something, quick!

      Here it is anyways, Deimos got a new face up. >~ > The nose sealant got rubbed off the last one and I felt he needed to look even more like a trashbag.

    18. I'm back! I placed my order with Doll's singing recently only to find out that waiting time would take 2 months. As such I have decided to pay the full amount instead of paying via a layaway! Can't wait! On a side note I have major modifications plans for him and can't wait to spam you guys with pics of him ^^

      I agree, this thread needs more love. ;) I need to get some more pics of Deimos, he needs some attention. He's having staining issues right now =H= His dark purple licht wig has left an oh-so-lovely dark halo around his head, I'm hoping and praying that it's just stained the sealant. I don't want to redo his face up ;~; His black leather outfit and stockings are leaving black marks on his body too. >8T So frustrating! He's still lovely as can be though XD

    30. I need to stock up on magic eraser, I'm sure that'll do the trick. :T I've been using cotton balls/swabs and it took some off, but not enough. He has a silicone cap but it doesn't reach all the way around his head. :doh I might sew him one out of white stockings, I had to do that for one of my other guys with an oddly shaped head. Can't do much for his body though, he wears black leather. Luckily those come off with cotton balls and water so it's not that big of an issue. :3

    31. Miracle dolls do have big noggins. I think my boy is in a 9-10 crobidoll wig right now.

      I wash Jono off occasionally (the one who wears all black). Magic eraser always does the trick for me. I'm not about to change his fashion because of staining.

      I wonder if Miracle Doll will put out another boy soon?

      And that's my thoughts exactly. X3 He isn't going to stop wearing his black because of that. I'll try and clean him off more often.

      I hope they do, but on the other hand the temptation is unwelcome. XDD I just ordered the new release of Soom Hyperon and an Infernale head from IoS...Miracledoll, wait just a bit before you release some amazing boy. >_>

      As for fit...both of my boys are on taller bodies. One is on the 70cm DZ body and the other is on a 68cm Crobi doll body. I think you'd be OK to go shorter but you'd need to find a sculpt with fairly wide shoulders in order for it to look right. At least in my opinion! Miracle Doll bodies are 65cm though so that's also something to consider.

    35. Blithefool: Ughhh I knowww. I have been pining for him since I saw his progress pics. I am going to have a big handsome vampire man collection and I'm perfectly pleased with that. First there's my Victor Lou, then there's my Lestat, now there's the incoming Infernale head that I'm hopefully going to get a body for come november's re-release, and now Hyperon. *H* The squad will be glorious together.

      Also... *boops Vic's nose* >w>

      Candy_coated: Lestat does look pretty good on a 60 cm body fit-wise, but it's up to your aesthetics on whether the proportions are ok! ^~^ I took these earlier for someone else but you can see how he looks on a Resinsoul 60cm boy body, bonus profile pic:

      Have you bought a body for Infernale yet? Are you gonna hybrid? Someone did that with an Akagidoll body (WS) and it was a great fit/match.

    38. BlitheFool: Yes, it's RS WS and Miracledoll WS. It photographs great but RS is more stark white and MD is creamier. It actually matches those DF-H jointed hands he has on better. The match is perfectly acceptable though!

      Actually at first, I was going to buy Lacrimosa as a full doll and get Infernale's head to share bodies with him so that Lacrimosa was his closed mouth/relaxed face and the Infernale would be his second expression/vampirey face. XD That was all lined up until Soom released Hyperon....
      So what I did was change my order to just Infernale's head so I could have that if all else fails, and ordered Hyperon as well. In November-December, IoS is having another release of Infernale and Lacrimosa so I was going to wait until December or so to recoup funds to get a full Lacrimosa to go with the original plans.

      However, dressing an Akagidoll body sounds far easier than clothing a Class 80 >~> that is certainly something to consider. Do you happen to have a link to pics?

      Edit: I googled it and found some pics. It does look really good. :O Unfortunately I ordered NS. ;v; Maybe the match is tolerable for NS ? I'll look into it.

      IoS Ns and Akagidoll Ns from my searching isn't a perfect match, but the pics I've seen look pretty decent. :3 It's certainly something to consider.

      but I find no matter how bad the match, in pictures the hands/neck and head tend to blend together and look like they match anyways. :3

    46. Yeah I thought they looked best! I tried 10 and 12 mm but the iris just filled up his entire eye space. I also think it's due to his squinty eyes. I tend to use eyes far smaller than the company's recommendation though, I think it usually looks best on my guys. ^3^ Miracledolls do have some small eyes compared to most other companies.

    51. Ooh! Sale even! Then it was absolutely meant to be! His mouth is wonderful. He's just really pretty. I'll admit I had him as a floating head for quite a while 'cause I wasn't quite sure what to do with him but I knew I wanted him. He ended up being one of my favorite dolls. He just looks nice in every angle when you photograph him.

    52. Right? That's what I thought. How often do you go look at a doll you want and find it on sale?! If you're me, never. XD Or once, counting now.

      I'm pretty excited. I had a B&G Afra a million years ago I'd made up a character for (something I don't usually do) but the character sort of outgrew that doll. That was years ago, and I've been looking for his replacement ever since but nothing has really stood out for me, so I can't wait to try this guy out!

      I love seeing your guy, he's amazing! I saw him in the database (because he's the only one. *cough*) and he is so different from BlitheFools Lestat I thought I could make him work for me too. They look completely different depending on faceups and wigs.

      So speaking of eyes, are they really 14s, or would 12's look more natural?

    60. Yeah I thought it might be 12s. He has some teeny eyes. Which is funny because his brother and bf have the biggest eyes in my collection.XD

      What sucks is I never have 12mm eyes laying around (and I'll have to buy him two pairs :P ). I'll have to do some searching...
