Miracle Doll Waiting Room

I'm at almost nine months for a set of horns. Ordered them through Alice's along with a whole heap of other stuff and this one item is holding up the whole order.

 

I ordered some items through Alice’s last year, and there was one item holding up the order. After I contacted them, they were willing to ship out the available items and ship the delayed item separately when it came in. So if you don’t want to wait, might be worth it contacting them!

 

Just got an email from AC about my muscle girl Zhi Shen! But I've yet to order some dresses and a stand, so it'll be waiting game for a little more.

Well, apparently my Zhi Shen was already at the depot ready for shipping, so I had her sent to me anyway. She's scheduled to arrive tomorrow

 

Muscle lady arrived at my parent's place yesterday! Will get hold of her next I visit.

Just ordered Sariel a few days ago. Judging by the wait times should I be saying "see you guys in a year"?

 

Given that I've been waiting on a pair of horns since last year...I'd say yes.

It honestly seems to be all over the place - I've been waiting 8 months for a replacement hand for a doll I'd already waited a whole year for but I got my muscle girl body pretty quickly considering she was released in... was it March? Idk, I just hope MD can get back on top of their apparent backlog.

I gave up tracking all of the dolls I'm waiting on. It got too frustrating. Now I'm at the point of - if there's a waitlist, I'll put my order there, and then I just wait for the shipping notification...
Editing to add - looks like I'm at my 11-month anniversary. See y'all in a month for my one-year anniversary, I guess.

 

I followed up on my order with BJDivas last week, and they replied with the following:

“We're waiting for several Miracle shipments to come in, Miracle is supposed to have sent [my doll] but with how their courier has been, things often get repackaged and left out. What's worse is that shipments from them have been taking 4-6 months to come in during the pandemic, one shipment recently finally made it in after spending 163 days in transit.”

 

That’s a bit disheartening, in 3 days I’ll have been waiting 14 months for just a body through them

163 days, eh? Oof. That tells me that either they're sending by freighters that are getting stuck in US ports, or they're sending stuff out via one little guy in a rowboat.

 

Ordered a body from them yesterday, looks like I'll be waiting a while, huh?

 

I'm going to finish paying my 6 month layaway for a blank melanie this month - will update with how long that takes in another 6-8 months, probably? Lmao.

 

10 months later, and my horns finally arrived from Alice's. They're gorgeous, but holy moly that wait.

 

14.5 months and my dealer just said they still haven’t received my body, I’m honestly getting so fed up

 

Miracle doll is... an interesting company. How they fill their orders is baffling. Their sculpting is beautiful, but after this - I won't be ordering from them again. This is just ridiculous.

 

Still waiting on my Muscle girl, ordered without a head right when they first revealed the body and it came on sale.
That was in March, right?

I ordered a Dio full doll with outfit back in March as well, no news from the dealer. Based on this thread, I'm not expecting any xD Maybe I'll poke Stacy in a month, though I don't think she'll have any news for me ffff.

 

I poked Clover to see if my grey skin Zhi Shen muscle girl had any news and of course there wasn't any yet, alas. Hoping it isn't too much longer, I'm so jelly of the arrival/unboxing posts I've seen of her so far in other colors, lol. Will be 7 months soon...

That's weird. I was just on Divas' website, and they obviously got a Miracle Doll shipment in, judging by the in-stock rabbit dolls they have....

 

Mm, but that doesn't mean the muscle girls were in that shipment.. also, it came in like a few days after I asked about it

Has anyone here recently received anything from Miracle Doll from Bjdivas?

Guess I’m trying to gauge if anything at all is going out the them, after the wait I’m having, I’m completely losing faith I’ll ever see it and doubt Miracle Doll would ever approve a refund, but over a year for a body is just absolutely ridiculous

 

I also ordered the muscle girl body of Zhi Shen on March 14th from BJDivas. I'm putting it on the waiting list a biiit late but no notice or sign of her yet.
Also, anyone, anytime, feel free to @ me or show me pictures if you have her / her body. It gives me life and hope to see people with their precious dolls.

Also so from what I understand the options for buying her at the time (at least from my point as a US customer) were BJDivas and Cloversinging right? So the main difference is the company's international shipping to BJDivas vs local shipping to Cloversinging. Then respective dealers shipping the dolls.
I wanna to know what's up, ( I also greedily want my beautiful doll so hey)- is it the international shipping, is it Miracle Doll favoring 'local' Cloversinging orders, or is it trouble at the BJDivas office?

Though the most we can do on the customer side of things is whine, but that doesn't exactly help. But also wah. I want pretty thing. Haha~

 

@Mutation Divas typically takes longer compared to any other overseas or US domestic dealers I’ve used. Not sure as to why, just something to be aware of and consider when you order through them. I have one last outstanding order with them (it’s one of the terrible dollshe orders), but my other orders were all received intact, a few months later than everyone else who was posting. I believe Zhi shen was available through Alice’s as well — I got her through Clover though and she’s on her way, so I’ll probably see her in a week or so. I saw someone with normal skin got their Zhi Shen back in August and I was super jealous lol. Mine is grey skin, so I assume that was part of the reason for the delay. I hope you get yours before the end of the year!

 

It does look like a lot of the slower orders are through divas, though its def important to remember miracle has a long wait time already.

I've been given an estimate of another 6-8 months for my blank pink skin Melanie after completing my 6 month layaway! And that's through Alice's.

I got my chi zhen body in 5 months through clover but I got her in normal pink and headless so that was def a factor that made it faster. I am still waiting for any sort of news on a replacement hand for my snek demon boy that I messaged about in January. Dunno if small orders take a back seat to full dolls/bodies but it looks like they might, especially given some insane wait times here for heads and Horns and stuff.

(I also said I would share pics of the body when I got hold of it but she's still at my parent's place and I forgot to when I visited. Oops. Rest assured she's gorgeous tho).

 

A lot of international bulk shipping for the Pacific is done via sea which causes most delays. Even Volks is subject to this and why their USA releases are behind the main store.

BJDivas might put in orders immediately but it sounds like they batch shipping from how they speak about arrivals - I don't think it means anyone's being ignored or favored, but simply how logistics can vary. It's the reason I generally stick with Chinese dealers for Chinese companies though

 

I put a Sariel torso stand on layaway... and judging from this waiting room, it'll be a while. I'm at 10 months for my DFH order so I expect about as long for Sariel, if not longer.

 

My grey muscle girl Zhi Shen is soooooo close to being home, she finally made it across the country after exiting customs to my city so maybe today or tomorrow for delivery! It's going to be a great doll week -- second delivery of a doll this week

 

I got an email that my Dio (ordered in March) is at Stacy's Pink Ocean! Just have a few things to iron out, like final shipping costs, and he'll be on his way home! 8D I wasn't expecting any news for at least another 5 months woohoo!

 

She's here!! The body is lovely. Her head is teeny!! Buuuut she can't stand on her own because of her ankle design so I will be doing some modding or at least sueding to see if we can fix that heh. But she is super cute and I already have ideassss on how I'm going to customize her!

I received the Miracle Doll muscle girl body only (no Zhi Shen head) in about four months time -- ordered in late April from Alice's Collections and it was delivered in late August. They continued to allow the body only to be ordered for some time after the limited ordering period, I think until sometime in May. The body is gorgeous but can't stand well due to the ankles rolling, I am going to try suedeing them or any other ideas that people recommend. With a random head on (male but not overly large), the body is 70cm tall. I think the body is taller than 68cm.

 

I almost forgot! I ordered a Miracle Doll "Vic" on October 16th through Alice Collections, and I'm really looking forward to seeing my gremlin... eventually?

 

I got a tracking number for my Dio yesterday, he is officially on the move! I ordered him at the beginning of March, so it was about 7 months wait time. I ordered through Stacy's Pink Ocean, just in case anyone's curious over the wait times through various dealers. Much sooner than I was expecting, I can't wait 8D

 

Welp, at the almost-14-month mark, I have officially hit my limit. Requested cancellation and a refund. Hopefully, I get it.

16 month mark here, wanted to ask for a refund but was told yesterday it’s one of the many that’s just stuck in transit somewhere and stuck in a waiting game. I think I’d have rather had the refund but that’s out question now

 

My order placed in April arrived yesterday. Ordered via ACBJD. Shipping to the UK was super quick which really surprised me, as the parcel was sent on the 7th Nov and arrived on the 14th! If it helps anyone, I ordered a blank white Little Moth head, with transparent horns/wing pieces and the moth inspired stand.

 

My Melanie I ordered back in late april shipped a few days ago!

 

Just dropping by because I got a shipping notification from Alice’s saying that the Ewan head I bought back in April has shipped^^

My muscle girl body has been shipped to BJDivas, but they said it could take up to 4 months to reach them. I have my fingers crossed I'll get her in March around her ordering anniversary!

 

Waiting on Sariel, been about 7 months since ordering, not sure if I should check in with Alice or not

2022 order here, here's my timeline in case it helps:

March 14, 2022 Ordered
Nov 13, 2022 I contacted BJDivas and asked about mine. ( They Miracle Doll dispatched the dolls but it's another 4-6 months wait of them shipping.)
Today : No word yet. No shipping notif or nothing.

 

My order from june 29 2021 supposedly dispatched too from when I asked on Nov 3rd 2022. Hopefully they both show up soon but it’s good to hear I’m not the only one who’s… Somewhere at sea and kept in the dark, just wish we didn’t have to be stuck in this boat at all

 

My Miracle Doll order (full set non-painted Fox Nine Hujiu) timeline from BJDivas:

• 4/7/21: ordered, started layaway
• 3/3/22: finished layaway
• I followed up with BJDivas every few months on the status
• 1/7/23: shipped via China Post according to tracking info (directly from Miracle Doll to me in the US), but I didn’t get email notification from BJDivas until 1/26/23
• 2/1/23: most recent tracking update is “Delivery to Carrier, Shanghai”

42 days in transit so far and still in China. I hope I see some movement soon.

 

190 days into my wait for Sariel and no update yet. It’s “only” been 6 months and I expect at least 3-4 more. I’m worried that shipping will take an extra long time…

 

I just talked to my dealer again as I’m nearing the end of my “quoted 4 month shipping time” just to be told it’s “actually 6 month shipping time”
I’m so fed up now and don’t even want this body anymore, totally souring me on ordering anything from miracle doll again
