Lost/Damaged Miracle doll came broken 8(

Not specifically with Miracle Doll, but I have received broken dolls through Alice before (not her fault, shipped from companies.) She will contact the company for you, and most likely, you'll get sent replacement parts. I've received several broken dolls over the years from various companies and dealers, and they've always been fixed with replacement parts.

I had this happen to me many years ago, also with Alice Collections. It was a 1/3 Kid's Sky doll and she had 2 broken fingers. I took a photo of the fingers and the hand and sent it back to them. They replaced the whole hand back to me under layers and layers of wrapping for safe travels. It did take a while, but it may have something to do with me living in a remote place at the time. So not to worry, the team over at Alice will figure it out for you!

I haven't had any broken fingers, but I did receive a doll who had defective hands-- the S hooks were supposed to be permanently fixed to the wrist area, but the resin had cracked or something and both of them came loose. So he was armless for a hot minute! I also ordered him through Alice's, and I just sent her an email with photos explaining what had happened. She contacted the company for me and I was able to get a pair of replacement hands with no troubles. (Although they took almost as long to get to me as the entire doll had!) This was just a year and a half ago, I think, so I imagine things will go much the same for you. Good luck!

 

I recieved my miracle doll snake demon with three broken fingers last year: contacted Stacy's Pink Ocean about it and they said they'd contact MD - I actually haven't heard anything so this reminds me I need to follow up on that.

Alice's is generally really good on the communications front so I'd just contact them with the picture and they'll request replacement from MD (who might take a while but should follow through).

 

If you are unable to get a replacement hand, you can glue the finger back on with epoxy glue, or super glue. Though, I've been told epoxy glue is better (haven't used it yet). Sadly parts breaking is not unexpected, especially thinner/smaller parts. It could be broken because there was an air bubble, or thin resin, to list some reasons or it just broke during shipping. Good luck getting a replacement though (i am slightly late to this post but lol)!!!

 

Alice's Collection are excellent for customer support. Email them with the photo and info, and they'll contact MD and see what can be done. I've never had any issues thus far, but read many great reviews and stories that most parts will get replaced if they broke in transit.

Also, you can fix it with a tiny piece of copper wire and epoxie glue. I'd suggest using a hand drill and adding the wire in both finger and palm to help support it.
