* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I was unhappy that when I preordered my doll the site said they would order on the 2nd of April but they decided after my order that they were going to push that back till June 1st.

In response to the feedback left from Glow n dark.

We have been selling those shoes for 4 years with that measurement listed on our site. We just measured them again, and the measurement is accurate. If by chance Glow n dark received an odd pair that was made incorrectly s/he could have contacted us about it so that we could correct it.

This is completely fabricated. It didn't happen. We still have the email and invoice from Illusion Spirit to prove it.

 

That was more of a thing that just made me sad. I didn't know that I needed to buy shoes that are bigger then his feet. I was unaware. I guess I worded that wrong. The feet and shoes are the same size. It wasn't a problem with Mint on Card.

* How was the communication? Superb. I had a lot of questions and they all were answered, quickly and clearly. I have not found a dealer or company with customer service that I like this much.

* How easy was it to pay? Easy, and I must note especially for layaway- I love how everything's already laid out, and it's recorded and visible when you pay, and when it's time to pay next... Honestly I would really worry doing a layaway with a company without these sort of things, and MoC is the only place I've found that has such a great system for it. And they keep the CC on file so I don't have to enter it every month (My Hid was a layaway!)

* How long did it take to ship? Shipping is very fast, and I love how we're notified of shipment, and of when preorders are shipped to MoC...

* Would you order from this company again? Absolutely... In fact, I'm planning a couple orders- two dolls, bags and stands, and new hands for one of my guys, which is a special order- and I'm really glad they offer that service.

I wanted to make note that MoC was really kind to me about the hands- I bought my Ringdoll En there in the past, and recently my father stepped on him accidentally when I'd set him near me while I was working (my workspace is on the floor, lol) and that snapped several fingers off one hand. Ringdoll has since discontinued that resin (not to mention having major delays!) so I knew I couldn't order more, but I sent an email anyway asking if they had any RDs inn stock with his resin tone, and if they had a company on hand that matched. He's semi-translucent so it's hard to match his skin... MoC wrote back with a match, and that they had even found a spare MSD RD hand in their storage that was the right tone and they would send to me without charge. Unfortunately, it was the other hand that he broke, but I thank them for their kindness.

Mint on Card is, without doubt, my favorite domestic reseller. I always check MoC first when looking for anything. They shine especially bright with communication and their easy to follow layaway plan. I have never seen them sell left over promo items that were meant to be free with an order. They always give them with orders that would have qualified durring the event and allow Layaway ordered placed within the event times to have the promo items that comes with it. That show of simple ethics is what won me over in the first place.
I have not left any feedback before. I list only "big" orders here, to catch up to date. Keep in mind that I have ordered countless amounts of clothes and accessories, all without flaw.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Rarely does a doll stand and pose right out of the box for me without needing sueding or wiring. I'm quite impressed. The wolf hands, though, were completely a different color than the doll, despite being ordered at exactly the same time. MoC does state up front that Popo's resin batches vary, but it was still somewhat disappointing.

Communication was excellent! My account tracking status was up to date. I was sent a reminder notice of the debit date days in advance. I was sent an email stating that my card was charged and my order would be shipped out that day and would receive FedEx tracking status. Everything was done to the letter as promised. I was very impressed and extremely pleased with their customer service.
How easy was it to pay?
Very easy, very convenient. Only paid half up front.

How long did it take to ship?
Super fast shipping! The last payment was debited on time and shipped out the same day! I received her two days later!

The quality far exceeded the price! I am absolutely stunned with my gorgeous girl. She's incredible!

Yesish. The Angell Studio shoes were cute and seemed good quality enough for what I paid.

The Angell Studio wig felt sleek and shiny, but it seems too big on my BF Tiny Fairy's head; the bangs engulf her face when I place it snugly on her skull, but any looser than that and there feels like excess loose space under the wig. I only have a few other 7/8 wigs to compare, but if I buy another A-S wig, I'll be buying a size 6/7 rather than 7/8. Also, there was a small bald spot at the corner parting area of the bangs. I'm trying to push the hair there to mold naturally over that space, but this synthetic hair doesn't change shape easily. I still like the wig a lot, but it needs a bit of work, and $20 seems the right price for the quality.

I don't know much about glass eyes, but I quite like the ones I received. They look shiny, colorful, and clear. However, some things of note. First, despite all the eyes being supposedly 14mm, the Going Green eyes are huge compared to the rest of my eyes, especially the Honeycomb eyes that looked a little small in comparison to the rest. I'm not too picky about sizes, since I like variety and it looks nice, so I'm fine, but just FYI. Also, the sizes of the Fantasy Pink eyes don't match; it's a subtle difference, so I didn't notice until I tried them on my doll, but it's definitely noticeable then. Since I'm planning on using these eyes for a character with 'mismatch' (one pink and one blue) eyes, I got lucky, but it would have been disappointing if it weren't like that.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Most of the items looked exactly or very close to the photographs, so that I can't really tell a difference. The only one that seemed to have a distinct difference was Fantasy Sky Blue; the iris looks like the same color, but the pupil is definitely a darker blue than the photo. Luckily, I actually hoped it would be darker than the photo, so this is a good thing for me! But a more accurate photo from the start would be nicer.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Overall, I'm pleased with what I got. A few things were different than expected, but nothing fatal =P . The price for these eyes were almost too good, so I was fearing much worse for quality. The wig was still very pretty and pleasant to pet, and I can tell it'll look great once I fix it up a bit for Dawn. The shoes are really cute and feel nice, a slightly plushy material, and look just like the pictures, though I can't see how well they fit until my tiny doll comes in.

I ordered an AS prop umbrella with order 2, and it came... with issues. It looked gorgeous closed in its baggie, but when I opened it- it was stuck shut. When it was made, it looks like they used way too much lacquer and it flaked in the creases and part was damaged from being stuck together. This is NOT MOC'S FAULT- it looked perfect in its bag, and I wouldn't want them opening and closing the delicate items anyway, so I wouldn't expect them to find the problem. I contacted MoC to report the problem, and asked if they had another, or if they all ended up like mine. They asked around and found that the whole batch had issues, so they stopped carrying the product and offered me a refund, since they decided it was too risky to order more. I decided to keep the umbrella and see if I could fix it or improve it, since it's beautiful other than that. But I'm very happy with how they handled this and couldn't really ask for more.

...I have two more layaways going already!

I highly recommend MoC as a dealer- the communication is GREAT, as is the service, and they always welcome and respond to questions of any sort, and I always seem to have lots. ><;; I usually go to them first!

Fast. I had a layaway going on and I had just finished paying off my last payment when they emailed me to let me know the company was sending the loongsoul order to them. They then let me know that they had examined it to ensure it was all there and then sent it my way and I had it in four days. Dropping off another batch of glowing feedback for MoC~

What did you order?
DFH twins ZhiYan (YS, mine) and RongXuan (PS, mom's) as fullsets during the DFH event. We also chose PS 1/3 jointed hands for females.

When did you order?
Sometime in late October (around my birthday, the 21st) on a five month layaway.

How was the communication?
Fantastic as always. We didn't have any questions during the wait time, but before we ordered, we asked what skin tone the dolls were in the promo pictures. Everything was always prompt and easy to understand. n_n

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy using a credit card.

How long did it take to ship?
The twins shipped on the 3rd, I believe, and arrived yesterday, the 7th!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Oh absolutely. We got a smokin' deal on the twins (for the price of a basic doll, we got them as fullsets and saved TONS). The quality of the clothing is phenomenal. So many little pieces and everything is weighty, well-sewn and intricate. The choker for my ZhiYan is slightly too short for her to wear (it won't fit around her neck), but that can easily be fixed.

My girl's wig is very thin on the top and I can see the wig cap in certain areas, but she's the first doll I've ever had with very light hair, so I don't know if it's the wig or simply the hair color that causes it to look thinner. (I have a black, gray and medium blonde-haired dolls to compare to). Overall, the quality is superb, especially for the prices we got them at.

MoC informed us that DFH forgot to include faceups with our fullset dolls and contacted the company and we got free blank heads (with free extra eyes!) to compensate! We let MoC know how fantastic they and DFH are. Both companies will continue to receive my business.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes indeed! The dolls' skin tones are MUCH more dramatic in person, though. My ZhiYan looks like she has jaundice when she's placed next to anything purple and RongXuan looks like strawberry NesQuik at times, but in their clothing they look great. I think the skin tones are just very... vivid, so it's something to keep in mind. We had no idea but we love them so much that it doesn't even matter.

See above, about the faceup thing.

I still stand by the idea that if I can't get it at MoC, then I don't need it. XD MoC is hands-down the single best company I've dealt with in this hobby. I adore them.

What did you order? 5Star Doll Tong Tong (girl) with faceup, a pair of 14 mm glass eyes, and a 6/7 size purple wig. All of these were "in stock".

When did you order? February 29th: the same afternoon that MoC had reopened up their shop from their business trip to China.

How was the communication? Whenever I had a question (even over a year ago), I always received a prompt and polite response. Mint on Card is excellent with their communication, and I've always felt comfortable writing to them, as they are very personable and friendly.

How easy was it to pay? Very easily on my credit card. I actually prefer to pay on my credit card, as I get text alerts whenever it's charged, so I feel safer that way.

How long did it take to ship? 2 1/2 days! Amazing!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely! The glass eyes are stunning, and the wig is very nice. (It came on a little Styrofoam doll head, which I now use as a model for hats.) My doll's body arrived in perfect condition.

Did the item look like the sales pictures? Even better! I love the copious amounts of pictures that MoC puts on their site for the dolls. I like being able to look at the dolly from every angle.

Were you satisfied with the product? In every way, except for one issue, which was a minor one. My dolls head arrived wrapped up securely in a face protector...however, I could see she had a very tiny scratch in her faceup underneath the chin. It's so minor that it's hard to photograph (darn near impossible except when you're focused right on it), so I had no intention of getting it fixed or redone. I felt comfortable in knowing that if I did send it back, MoC would take care of the issue. The rest of my dolls faceup is so gorgeous, I just couldn't bear to wipe it clean or tamper with it!

If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I sent a brief email to MoC with an attached picture of the faceup scratch, and explained that I only wanted to inform them of the issue. I had no reason to send her back because of it, and I have no plans to redo the faceup at all. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Mint on Card gave me a $10 store credit to my account! It means a lot to me that they would do that, since it wasn't an issue. I really appreciate that!

Mint on Card always has EXCELLENT communication, and fast shipping. Everything was packaged very well, and they even included some free delicious candy! I loved the tracking information they provided for my shipping, as it was very easy to see where my package was. (Believe me, I was glued to the computer!) MoC is definitely my first stop when it comes to dolly stuff. I definitely plan on ordering from them again, and I recommend their site to all my fellow dolly lovers. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. AE did an amazing job on the mermaid, and the resin was so smooth! The small laptop could be cheaper, but overall I'm super happy with the purchase.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Pretty close! The face-up was a teeny bit different, but I think AE changed it slightly to match the color of the tail I ordered (Crystal's default was Golden Orange, I asked for Light Aqua). She's gorgeous!

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Here I will say, that MoC's customer services is only rivaled by one other US dealer that I do a lot of business with. The order for the doll was processed 2/3. He arrived 3 weeks later than expected from A-S and he didn't have a face-up as ordered! We had to wait another 2 months for the face-up head to arrive, and while we were frustrated, MoC was gracious and understanding throughout. They offered us a full refund which we declined, then continued to keep us informed of the status as we waited. When the new head arrived, they put it on the body and shipped him out so that he arrived in 3 days!

How was the communication? Communication is excellent and their reminders are very helpful.
How easy was it to pay? Very Easy with credit card on file, you'll just have to email your authorization.
How long did it take to ship? After paying it off it was shipped immediately and I it arrived in the Philippines in 6 days. Very fast considering I'm halfway around the world.
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Of course it was, I just had a small misunderstanding with the wig that looked like a cat slept on it but that is from Dollzone's end - apparently they ship it out like this.
Did the item look like the sales pictures? 90%, the wig is my problem and the neck strap which is too big. Again a Dollzone issue!
Were you satisfied with the product? Super other than the wig Dollzone Hid is my dream doll and I love him to bits.
