Negative Feedback Minowaeve - Closing trade due very late payments/no communication.

    1. As an old user who's been around here for a while, I've never seen this or nothing similar in any of my trades.

      A couple months ago I went through a financial hardship, and I decided to sell my Captain Hook from Soom here like I did in the past a hundred times.

      Minowaeve shown interest on him, so we established a monthly layaway. Then the problems started. Every payment was due date. She ignored my ultimatums, and didn't even replied to them. I can't understand it.

      This is the payment summary:

      The last payment (07/11) will be sent back since it was made prior trade cancellation.

      I think I was open and straightforward with her. Gave her many opportunities, but this is just ridiculous.

      So trade is closed with her, and here's the bad feedback.

I had a layaway with sweet_yuki we made an layaway agreement and she canceled my order on the last payment of my layaway because she feels after 7 months my layaway payments were late when our first agree was 100 dollar payment per month we did not agree on due dates are agreement was 100 payment within a month she then changed her mind and changed the agree near the end of the layaway I am reporting her because she took my money and she also never gave me my doll she changed her mind at the last min and refunded this months payment I would like for you to help me with this case because she broke our agreement took my money and kept my doll I would like help on what to do with this case.       Hello hope this finds you well,

      Another month just passed, and the payement for july is late, on this moment you're not following the terms we stablished at the beginning of this law-away agreement.
      I received the first payment on 03/10/2015. We said the payment will be due every 30 (natural) days "1 month". As of today, I have no notice regarding your payment, i've been benevolent and open, but at this point, I'll give you 24hours since now, otherwise i'll be refusing the next payment, and closing the layaway, due to payment breach.

      You made every single payment late and you know it because you accepted it in one of our messages. You should paste here the ones where you assume lack of responsability (and the non-refundable payments too, of course), not only three.

      I sent you private messages every month. Every. I sent you explanations. I gave you opportunities (and you appreciated that), even after ultimatums. You've no excuses.

      And you gave me lots of thanks for the last chance, for what you would do that if you are sure you did all right?

      I've a lot of feedback in BJD's forum, never seen this before, but after this post a DOA's member contacted and explained you did the SAME to her... And yes, I've all the sreenshots too, don't worry about that.

      We talked a lot before I put this thread here, but this is my decision, take yours now if you want.

      Be responsible the next time.

    5. I know what our agreement is you broke it half way took my money and kept my doll I can't believe this I've never seen or done business with someone like you. I agreed on payments once a month than you added a random due date and canceled my order on my last payment because you are greedy, if my payments were late all the time why didn't you say something until the last payment I gave you a payment once a month every month we never agreed on due dates that's something you added in on your own. No you wait until the last min to cancel so you can re sell the doll and get twice as much money for him you are sick how dare you try to say I we agreed on due dates when you clearly see that that's was our very first agreement ONCE a month.

    6. it doesn't matter anyone cause you took my money kept my doll and everyone will know this so do what you want I know what I did was in the right and what you did was wrong I will not go back and forth with you. Have a great day and life I least I'm happy I was able to donate 800 of my hard work to someone in need, hope you feel better.

      1. I sent YOU a lot of pm. Two of them letting you know about this late payment issue. Another one giving you 24hrs for pay your monthly fee, and of course all of this done a couple weeks before. And you KNEW IT.

    8. After those 24hrs I gave you an ultimatum, I explained you how any loan/monthly agreement works and that I would not accept any payment due date. But.... You did!. And for that reason and after giving YOU 3 ultimatums I decided to just close the trade.

      For that very reason I did sent you back the last payment of $100.

      2. You're acting like a pretty little liar here. You had 4 payments left. Even worrying about you I gave you an extraordinaire chance to cancel the debt in one big payment (after cancelling our trade because I felt bad for you).

      3. As I said other DoA user reached me and explained you did the same to her. In a 3 month layaway you destroyed the user's terms and she had to constantly write you every month to remember you about the payments....so I guess you're used to act like that.


      I hope this help to others to know what kind of buyer you are. Like you said, Have a nice life.
