Oh! I didn't know Fionha was a Chiwoo as a kid! It works, though!

 

My Karsh head I have sitting on a shelf just fell off from the earthquake (Mass as well.) Thank the gods I had it bubblewrapped and it landed on a pillow!

 

My dolls didn't fall but it shifted a lot from the quake!!!

 

If my dolls fall, right now they will fall onto my chest and plastic. I'm just glad I shut my bedroom door to keep the cats out. If a doll did end up on the floor, there are very high chances they would be wigless by the time I get home XD

 

Haha, man I'm so glad we got back from D.C. yesterday...as much as I'm not terrified by earthquakes, I'm glad we missed it. :\ Hopefully no-one else on the East Coast had dolly troubles...

DFS, as much as it makes sense for Fi to be a LTF DES as a child, to me the LTF DES looks much more mature than other LTF molds, and I wanted a more childish face for her. C: Which is why Grainne, her daughter, is a LTF Chiwoo instead of a DES, as well. ^^ She'll be an Eliya when she grows up, though, haha.

 

Eliya is my choice for adult Chiwoo too! Eventually I will get one for Naomi

 

Oddly enough, when I went outside to check on my neighbors after the quake I noticed a package in my mailbox. A few doll wigs had arrived! Thoughts on how this looks on my Juri? I still don't have her character planned out very well so I'm still messing with eye/wig combos. The wig's a little big on her, what with juri's itty bitty heads...but that can be fixed easily enough. Can't decide if this wig will work or I should try an ink black one.

 

I think the red wig looks great! Though maybe it's just 'cause I love redheads

I felt a bit of the earthquake at the Wendy's I was at. My sister felt it at home but Wednesday didn't fall off the table she's sitting at.

 

My bf and I use some Dollmore pants. Most of the newer clothing seems to fit. We also use some Unoa sized pants too but that tends to be a bit big. TTYA on etsy has good sized pants for boys though she's a bit on the expensive side.

 

That makes perfect sense to me. I agree that the DES looks a bit more mature for her features. Those chubby Chiwoo cheeks are just adorable, though!

inverinate - It's from Crobidoll, the size 6-7 fits /perfectly/ on my Karsh head, and fairly well on Juri, so I'm assuming generally it's a good size on all the Minifees. The quality is so nice too. @3@

 

Thanks guys! I'll spam my boy VE Chloe as soon as his new wig arrives. He's demanding a new face up, and I finally caved and got some MSC and epoxy to fix up his eyes, so he'll have a new (and hopefully better) face very soon. I'm starting my second mod project, opening a sleeping Chloe head I got. It's definitely going easier with a Dremel!

It does look a bit big on her. And also, maybe try on a ink black wig for her in a smaller size. I love redheads, but color wise, it seems off to me.

 

That wig looks so soft :OI'd say keep it, but i'm sort of bias ;P Cause I like red hair so ~

Yeah, its' actually a good fit, but the fiber is jsut so thick and kinda poofs outward because of it. I think it would have looked better if the "black" fiber in the wig was actually black, not just a super dark brown.

Oh woops, I lied on what wig size I said that red/black one is. the crobi wigs I bought were 7/8 and they fit very well. Just in case anyone was wondering.

BUH, virginia, you kill me with every single one of your MNFs, but Cage and Billie especially. @^@ I want to know your secret for Cage's intense manly look! I'm always disappointed by Jamie's girliness, are Cage's eyes 12mm? ;_;

quick question, how wide is minifee girl's feet?
I know that it's 5.5cm long, but how wide is it?
Would a 6cm shoe fit? (even if they don't mention the width at all?)

Say it isn't so! I LOVE Jamie's look!! I like girly boyz too though. Cage's eyes are 12mm and I think repainting his lips nude (I tend to do that with FL dolls esp) definitely contributes to his look. It really makes his eyes POP. Cage and Billie are my only MNFs now as I had to step back from the ledge after going a little dollie crazy all at once. I'm so in love with them.

 

Yeah, I'm thinking i may have to order some more...xD their grey seems perfect for Gavin.

I think I have decided that Eutheria is going to stay as a sleeping head. I know I really wanted her to have purple eyes, but the more I look at her head as it is, the more I like it the way it is! I am very tempted to see if I can find a second head on the MP and use that as an OE head for her...and with how easy it is to get MNF heads off and on, I don't see why not! The only reason Nyne doesn't have more sleepy pics is that her wig is a little temperamental and doesn't always want to go back on!

As such, does anyone have any advice on what sized wig fits best on the sleepy vampire chloe head?

 

A shoe with the inside length of 6cm would fit a minifee. Once you go to 6.5 cm it becomes too big.

Its amazing how being away from my dolls for a week made me so grabby-hands when I got back, haha. XD So glad I have them...

I've been trying to figure it out...but I'm not fantastic at IDing sculpts and his chin is always covered....what sculpt is Cage? XD He is very nice-looking!

And @snowgrey - your lady-Karsh is so elegant - I love how the sculpt makes pretty females as well as males.

 

Not to preemptively answer for Virginia, but Cage is a Seorin, silver. ;P

Dude, silvermasques, Athena looks fantastic! I love seeing more light-colored Woosoos, especially vampy ones, they tend to always be darker-themed. :3 Can't wait to see more of her! Also, you should totally take photos of Isaiah AND Niko...but you know I'm a sucker for your boys, haha.

FINALLY I can come and show off my new boy now he is "complete" His wig arrived the other week and today his eyes turned up!

Heee, I went a little nuts with financial power and snagged a new head off the market. I am not sure if I want to keep him for myself and let him borrow Cricket's body from time to time, or if I want to jerry- rig him to a body from another company and give him to my sister for her birthday. I suppose I will decide when he shows up and I see how he is. I am tempted to keep him though.

hi all!! i'm plotting to get a minifee very very soon. ^___^ but i can't decide if i want one in white skin or normal skin. i do have a thing for fairer dolls, but i'm just a bit iffy because i haven't really seen many ws minifees around and i'm wondering how the default fairyland face-up would look on them. so if anyone has any ws minifee spam love to share, i would love to see pictures! (i'm particularly interested in miyu, chloe, woosoo and eliya but really any other sculpt would be fab!)
