Inverinate & april418: v3v)/ thankyou! It's an old wig from a previous BJD of mine(my first one, ah memories) and I finally put it on Roselle and I heard a click noise.

I just casually try my Yo-sd wig on my Chloe and think this information might help some Chloe owners.



Chloe head is a little bit smaller than other minifee head. So some of 7-8 inch size wigs might a little loose on Chloe head. (Some not just a little but really loose even with silicon cap)

In this picture, Luts 6-7 inch size wig (for honey delf) perfectly fit on Chloe head with out silicon cap.
Oh, I forgot to mention that I had already try Leekeworld 6-6.5 inch size wig on my Chloe and it's too small for her.

Regarding wigs, I can get all the wigs I have for my LTF on my MNF breakaway's head. Which is good because I have more options now

Lol, I have four MNF on my wishlist right now. Karsh, Kyle, V.E Woosoo, and Marcia just added herself to it. I think she will be good to reshell my ghost girl into. for the V.E woosoo, I still can't decide on a boy or girl for it...probably a girl. I LOVE FL dolls too much!!!

My scar face (is that the proper name of the mold?) Shiwoo head finally made it home. I bought him off eBay July 7th and after address mix-up he is finally here. I am kind of surprised with him.

First, I can't get over how small and dainty he is. I mean I have 1/4 scale dolls including a CH little Jr. but I find myself picking him up and saying your just sooooo tiny! I had some clothes picked out for him that I was gonna purchase when his body gets here but now I'm not so sure. I think he is gonna have to share with my bbb/rs hybrid for a little while.

Second is there a trick to getting his head cap off without feeling like I am gonna break the resin tabs that hold it in place? Seriously, I flung it across the living room last night while I was trying re-adjusting his temporary eyes. Luckily it fell in the dog's bed so no scratched.

Brink was officially ordered yesterday! I prolly won't get him until October though. ;(

Also, what do you guys do about wig staining? Does it bother you much? I put Zephii in a wine Luts wig for a couple of days (with a wig cap from DDE that's too small for her) and she has a light rim of staining on her forehead. My friend told me to use a magic eraser and I have tried that, but maybe I was scrubbing too gentle?

 

holeinthemoon, I love your Woosoo girl! Has she been modded or was she human to begin with? Grrrrr, I am *trying* to save for a different doll, but Roselle is stealing my heart and telling me to get a Woosoo instead!

There is a human version of Woosoo. Also, girl woosoo vampires and boy woosoo vampires are the same mold with different face ups. We've all sat here for ages trying to spot differences, and we really can't see any.

thankyou I knew from the start I wanted a woosoo, after getting her, I sold my two other BJD's (Dollmore kid girl and boy) because her beauty just overshadowed them so much. Fairyland killed me with the wait for her but had my heart and soul as soon as I saw her, so detailed and gorgeous~
(I also notice I use the words Beautiful and Gorgeous so much now since falling into Fairyland)

I know how you guys feel with the Woosoo love! D: I've got what 3 of them in my house normally? Ettore, Xiu and Emory! D: woosoo was my first glimpse into MNF too so she's always special though I think I'd consider owning more than the 3...

Xiu! since Emory lately has been my focus /shame.

 

Woosoo was my first fairyland doll (to arrive). ^_^ I love them. When I get the head I was squeed over how cute and tiny the little face was, and Fairyland dolls continue to be my favorites, especially Woosoos. If I can't settle on a boy I like soon, I'll probably end up with another vampire woosoo. ^_^

*V* I'm gonna call on a woosoo party spam! I love how different they can be (heck I love how all of the sculpts can be changed so completely by each owner) ILU GUYS ;A; *random soppy nostalgia mood* XD I'm also curious about other peoples "first MNF owning/meeting" and how they found Fairyland

 

I'd been hearing about these balljointed doll things, and hadn't thought much further on it. Then a coworker saw my doodles and said they reminded her of her bjd. A few days later she brought in her little fee and I was hooked. My first doll ended up being an Iplehouse. A few months later I bought my first minifee, a Chloe, and in the wait process bought a floating head (my Woosoo) and a body for her (it was large bust and the girls ended up swapping bodies). I love Fairyland soooo much. Even the price change didn't really bother me like it probably should have. :P

 

I so can't wait to get my two new girls from. I cracked today and took some photos of Juno, even though she is currently a headless body.

You wet down that Magic Eraser and (very carefully around the faceup) scrub the beans out of that stain! D: Actually my sister had that problem with her Minifee the other day, and she ended up having to wipe the faceup, even after scrubbing. She was pretty upset about that. I haven't had a stain like that yet though, because I guess I've been lucky with wigs? D:

Gah you guys though. I've been thinking about a V.E. Woosoo, and now you guys are talking about it here! I can't get another MNF for a while too, but now I want little floating heads. D:

actually, when mendo and i were putting together the FAQ, she asked on the boards at fairyland directly, and they said that in addition to their different face-ups, there's a difference in the shape of their eyes.

That's right, I remember reading that! There is a slight difference in the eyes, but unless the two sculpts are next to each other I just can't see it. X_X

Oooh, yes, I want to see lovely cutie legs versus lovely model legs! I need model legs for some of my girls so they'll be shorter, but sometimes I think they look really stubby and weird...probably more anatomical, but still. ;P

Arrgh, as much as I wasn't thrilled by Rena and Rix, its so exciting to see a new mold come in, and all the cool ways people customize it! I wish we'd seen more Kyles, Chloe really stole the show, haha!

My first BJD was a Jaime-doll Winny, whom I liked, but didn't love and my second was a Berdine Creedy BJD. I didn't have either of them very long, because I came across the Littlefee forum initially and fell in love with Bisou and also looked at the Fairyland site, my eyes spotting Miyu whom I also fell in love with. From there I started following all of the Fairyland threads and loved them all. Bisou was my first FL dolls, and then Miyu and PKF Luna were my second two. In that time I also sold the other two to help pay for the new ones. Now all of my BJD's are fairyland and I am eagerly waiting for information about the new SD girl. I love Fairyland and have poor impulse control when it comes to them!

I had no idea there were human woosoos! I need a sister for Rose and was looking at the vampire head but didn't want the vampire teeth. Gahh, another mnf to add to my wish list!I have just put down my first payment on my first mnf! I am so excited to finally have one of these beautiful dolls. I need opinions people! :S I was planning on ordering my Chloe today but have found a brand new Chloe for sale. One bad point is she doesn't have the legs I originally wanted buuut she's cheaper than FL, hardly any waiting time and I'm so tempted!

Another bad point is that I probably won't ever order the other pair of hands and high-heeled feet I wanted as I couldn't be bothered to order from FL for such a small order.

What do you guys think? She will be my first BJD. Shall I order her second hand with model legs or just pay the extra and be patient for Chloe with cutie legs, extra hands and feet?

 

All this talk about the model legs vs. cutie must have sneaked into my subconsciousness. I just realized "model legs" cropped up in my dreaming last night! *LOL*
