I am so in love with her right now! I want to try out some other wigs just for fun but there are so many options that I just can't pick. Does anyone have any suggestions on colors or styles that they think would look good on her?

I took some pictures of Fionha today. owo She's desperately in need of a really good, solid photoshoot sometime, but she didn't do too badly today. ^^

 

Question for you large busted A-line owners out there:
I recently got this body for my Shushu, and I can't get her to sit up straight.
She is always leaning back. Do you guys have this happen to you? Is there a way to fix it?
I will take a photo if you would like to see what I am talking about.

Just curious! She falls backward a lot cause she just leaaans over hehehe.

Hot glue sueding worked for me. My boy had a similar problem, and adding the hot glue helped the chest piece sit more forward on the stomach piece.

 

Okay, so I have more time than I anticipated. >.> They're sending my doll to my old work address, even though I've moved since I ordered the doll and put my new address on. The good news, is that I sent an e-mail to the receptionist, so hopefully she'll just be able to send it back with the mailman.

My large busted girls lean more to the side than to the back. It hasn't really bothered me though so I haven't bothered restringing or sueding anything. I believe what many have been doing to fix the issue is put a thin line of hot glue to suede the joint. That should stop her from flopping backwards!

On the topic of sueding, Zephii is on a large bust and I sueded her bust joint a while back, as well as her hip area~ That seems to have helped for me~ Your Juri is so beautiful, SweetKitties27!

 

I sueded my girls hips totally weird, so I had to take it all off. The hip cups would get stuck and their legs would do weird things. It doesn't help my Chloe's thigh joint thing is chipped...her leg can turn a full 360. It's the weirdest thing. Hasn't affected her posing though, the large bust body is still the best poser of my girls.

Her make up was done by a couple of friends of mine I do have a quick question though, i love the Cheery Doll outfits they look amazing, but when i tried to order one it was really weird. It didn't tell me how much shipping was going to be so i canceled my order. When does it actually tell you how much it will cost? Is there away to work it out?

I'm loving all the pretty spam! I'm hoping I'll have sometime tomorrow to take some new pics of my bunch.

 

I can't really remember now since I ordered at the start of July - their shipping information says that all shipping charges are based on the weight and destination so it depends on every order...

Going by that, I think it was Cheery Doll that sent an invoice a day later for the total cost including shipping, to my paypal account. If you didn't pay it in a certain amount of time I think it automatically cancels the order.

If it helps, I ordered 7 items to a total cost of $184 and shipping to Australia made it a total of $202. If you order from other shops often you might have a rough idea on how much more or less it costs to send freight to either AUS or the UK based on their shipping band things. I can't remember if the UK and Aus are in the same Area Code thing that they use in EMS or not.

Annnnnndd Shushu Spam once more! I can finally spam Illestrezia X3 She's wearing one of her other outfits from Cheery Doll =3

But about $20 for more then one item seems pretty good. especailly by EMS. Just i wanted to know because they have a good range of MNF/Unoa clothes and all my girls are slim MSD's and i am finding it even harder to find clothes that fit because i went for the cutie bust and so she needs clothes.

Ok guys, need some suggestions here. I am close to getting the MNF crew assembled but STILL haven't had any specific NAME inspiration. 2 guys, 2 girls... I'm just looking for ideas and sparks here. Anything??

 

You could always do names related with a certain theme. For my own dolls, I use cellestial names and names of characters from different mythologies.

 

Virginia, mine are all based on who would look the best with my Littlefee, and then the names are typically just names that sound good with theirs.

I have to say I rely heavily on http://www.behindthename.com/ (and it's sub-site behindthesurname) for all my names, I choose something that reminds me of their character, even if it's just the colour of their eyes or hair to seach (top right by searching with 'meanings').
Then I choose one that seem to fit or I go off and a convoluted trail untill I arrive at a name that could have a completely different meaning than I started with.

E.G:
Roselle(my woosoo)'s name came from the fact I knew I wanted her to have a french name (she's 1/2 frenchie froggie).
Roselle comes from "Rose" which came from "Hrod" meaning "fame" and "heid" meaning "kind/sort/type", I took that mean "A good type of fame" (i.e not corrupt or arrogant but open and friendly, known for good deeds done).
Her surname I knew I wanted to be english (her dad is english so her french mother would take his name) and to do with fields so it would tie in with her first name's flower theme.
I found "Harley" which means "hare" and lea or ley means "open land, clearing or field"; thus the surname means "one who lives near the hare's field".
Originally I had the idea of "foxgloves" to be somewhere in her name!
When I searched it I got 1 hit which was "Ffion" a welsh name that means foxgloves but it didn't quite suit her so I hopped down the flower route untill I found Roselle and then it all just came together.

Sorry for the huge post, my process is very convoluted and wierd ^^; hope it helped

I usually pick my names from my favorite books. Chaosta is from chaosti who is a very cool side character in the Black Jewels Trilogy (which I totally love and have read more than four times XD). I loved the name but decided to change it to have a female ending so Chaosti turned into Chaosta

I don't have any Ryeon or PKF/MNF spam, but I did give Zari a new face up this morning!! It's not perfect, but I think I'm getting a bit better at it ^^; If I didn't have to go to work in 10 minutes I definitely would've given her a more proper photoshoot ^.~
