Specific Doll Minifee Juri 2020?

It's been a while since I took photos of mine, but I have some on Instagram
I've changed faceup since, and might try it on a boy body. It's a lovely sculpt that's more mature than most minifee, I fell for it the moment I saw it

 

Just adding that I would also love to see any and all Juri 2020s! I was lucky enough to find one for myself a few months back and I'm about to order him a body (Huajing heroic bearing body~), so he's still blank in case I need to do some blushing to match. If anyone else is planning to or has made a hybrid with this head I'd love to see! (any gender)

I have a Juri 2020, but I haven't had the time to look for a face-up artist or proper clothes for the character. He does have a body tho! He's on a Dream Valley boy body, so he's super tall compared to a regular minifee boy.

Here he is next to my Dina boy. Since Juri2020 is a smaller and more mature head, he looks fine (imo) on the taller body. Dina is very bobblehead even on the MNF boy body.

Just a couple notes:

Juri2020's head headcap doesn't fit properly, so you'll need tape or putty to keep it in place.

You'll need a MNF neck connector.

The DV body I'm using is the three armed one, but I took the extra arm off to put on another doll.

My phone and lighting are trash and is showing the Juri2020 head as super dark compared to the DV body, but it's only slightly darker. It won't be as noticable when blushed together.

 

I don't have juri 2020, but I do have the skull version of the the guy: juri 2022! I actually got him because I missed out on the original, but I like him better now. He's hybrided on a Doll Leaves body.

Ooh he looks awesome! I almost got the skull version too because it's just really neat. Which Doll Leaves body is he on? And if you have any pics that show off the head to shoulder ratio I'd love to see them! Doll leaves was on my list of potential bodies.

 

Ooooops I took the picture, and then immediately got distracted!! Sorry! The shoulders are pretty narrow, but I like it for this character. The neck also looks a bit short, but not so much in real life. He's quite a bit taller than a normal minifee.

Thanks so much for the picture!! That looks like the ver.II body, which is the one on my list of potentials. Love seeing that it works even with the narrower shoulders! And oh boy, if you say he's quite a bit taller than a normal mnf at 43cm (as the listing says for the body), then I'm in trouble with the 46cm body I ordered. Might have to change my character's writeup to say he's taller...lol

That said, I so appreciate seeing the 9cm shoulder width, because if that works and looks good, I know the 10.1cm shoulders should also work and look good.

 

This is an old picture, but with their feet all lined up here's the difference in minifee heights. The left is a Myou body that's 45 cm, so it'll be close to your 46. The center is the minifee motion line body, right is the Doll Leaves. They look good together! I like the height differences in the group despite all the same company heads.

Oooh that does look good actually. His wife is a MNF girl so I just don't want him to tower over her too much. xD Thanks so much for all the reference pics!

 

Finally got my boy's body in and it fits and matches like a dream~



This is the Huajing 1/4 boy body (Heroic Bearing) that I asked to be cast in Soom Normal resin color and the match is incredible. On camera it looks 99% perfect, but in person I can see that the head is a little bit pinker. Once he has a faceup I think it wont be noticeable at all so I'm super happy!
