Almost every miniature guitar you find is going to be MSD scale. They're almost always 9 or 10 inches in length, which is exactly 1/4 scale.

 

I bought a blue guitar from someone here on DOA---maybe it was MysteryAya. You might want to check out her sales.

I can personally vouch for the quality of the guitars from miniature guitar outlet- bought three and was amazed at the quality, especially for the price. The strat copy looks even better than many of the real ones I have seen and played, and the SG has a great vintage vibe (and the ever popular "horns"). Overall I was pleased, right down to the fishing line strings!
