Sewing Mini Dress Pattern

Here's a freebie pattern that I designed based off a vintage dress called the "Walkaway Dress."

It's a one-piece dress that fits over the head (I took my PukiPuki Pong Pong's face plate off to put it on) and the back ties over the front. I used a laser cutter to cut the dress out of jersey knit fabric, but a steady hand and sharp scissors should work. I recommend a non-fraying stretch fabric.

Sure - have fun! I’d love to see what you make. Pro-tip: the ties are a bit delicate; if I were to make it again I would consider sewing a thin ribbon on top of the existing ties as a waistband/tie to reinforce them.
