I can't remember if I got a shipping notice for these but she'd said they'd ship around this time so I expected them. * How easy was it to pay? Easy, she sends you an invoice and you just use CC paypal like always * How long did it take to ship? Directly from the company How was the communication? It was difficult to navigate her website, but once I found her email, we emailed back and forth and the communication was very good. How easy was it to pay? Very easy, I used paypal. How long did it take to ship? I can't really remember, not too long though, she had the head I wanted in stock. Very satisfied If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? When she first sent me the head, on the little box it said Yujin but the head wasn't a Yujin. I told her about the mess up, she offered pay for the shipping for me to send it back to her, but it didn't cost anything and she promptly sent me the correct head, apologizing greatly. October 16 Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? right from Migi How was the communication? it was good. my shipping date was missed by more than a week, and there was no explanation, but when i asked questions they were answered within a couple of days. How easy was it to pay? pretty easy How long did it take to ship? i had a shipping date of Nov 23 and it was almost two weeks late, but when it did ship it got here fast. im not complaining. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? he's excellent. better than id hoped and totally worth the price Did the item look like the sales pictures? exactly. i was very happy to see that, since this is the first one of Migis dolls ive gotten without looking at owner pics first.... Would you order from this company again? i would! im sure there will be more heads in the future that are identical to my already existing OCs, she's done a great job of making them so far! XD Would you buy this company's products second-hand? already have...both my Ryu and Miho were second hand. theyre what made me excited to order right from Migi for the first time...i love them too^^

The first day of the October order period anyway. * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Directly through Migi using paypal. * How was the communication? I'd heard that Migi was a great communicator and for the most part she was. But, my shipping date came and went with no confirmation or anything. After a while I started getting worried and a bit frustrated, especially after hearing that other people hadn't been getting tracking numbers or anything either, so I asked her directly on her website and she said the production had been held up. She posted a notice later, but I would have wished she'd done it sooner because it was worrying a lot of people who'd been waiting even longer than I had. * How easy was it to pay? Fairly easy, though I hadn't paid someone directly through paypal before. * How long did it take to ship? Four or five days, once he did ship, which she did so immediately once he was ready. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Of course. He came perfect, even though the wait was a bit frustrating. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Migi's sculpts look even better in person. * Were you satisfied with the product? Definitely, he's so delicate and amazing. * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I wouldn't call it "weren't satisfied" but she did post a notice in the end and everybody was happy. * Would you order from this company again?
