Eyes May I see some anime eyes in 'realistic' heads?

One of the main reasons there aren't many examples out there would be compatibility. For example the smallest Dollfie Dream eyes are 16mm, and a realistic MSD or even SD sculpt would probably have smaller eye sockets than anime eyes would fit.

 

I have anime style eyes in sizes from 8mm to 20mm. There is a lot more choices than in previous years. I'd love to help, but I don't have any large realistic sculpts to share. I do use anime eyes in all my bjds, even the anthros.

 

I have a few realistic-ish head sculpts, and a few pairs of anime-ish eyes. However, I don't know that any of the anime-style eyes I own would fit in my more realistic head sculpts. I think most of them have pretty small eye-wells, but mostly the iris would be too big to even show half of it through their eye openings. I'll check to see if any would work well enough to take photos (my photos suck though, so I don't even know if it would be helpful at all). (:

No problem xRosary, I will try to take them by this Friday, but I have weekends off, so I might due it then. I keep all my dolls in my closet so I know where those are, but I am a bit unsure where my anime-ish eyes are. DX


Edit: Here are the photos of one of my more realistic large dolls, wearing anime-ish eyes. The only eyes that were even visible through his squinty eye openings were my 10mm Volks Animetic eyes, meant for their long discontinued CFK. They are red with no pupils and highlights at either end:





He normally wears pupil-less eyes, due to his character's background, so he doesn't normally wear super-realistic eyes anyway. I don't think the anime-ish eyes look too bad, but he looks a bit weird to me. However, that might be because I am a fan of smaller irises in him. Unfortunately, these are the smallest eyes I own and the irises are more than half the size of the whole eye -- which is normal with most doll eyes, regardless of eye maker, or eye style.

 

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but does anyone have any more examples of this since the thread was last updated? I was searching around on the forums to find information/examples of this myself!
