Meetup Matamoras, PA - Flipside Doll Guild - 11/18/23

We had a great little doll meet by the Flipside Doll Guild in Matamoras, Pennsylvania today. It was a bit of a trial run at a new location, and I'd say they found a fantastic spot for the meet. In the past we had the meets in Port Jervis, New York, but the new location is really, really nice. We had a total of five people and over a dozen wonderful dolls. We had a mix of different kinds of dolls, from resin to vinyl and everything inbetween. My Dollmore Model Doll Leah and Iplehouse SID Eva were wearing their new clothes from TheCharmingRoom on Etsy, and my two Iplehouse JID Tania dolls are still trick or treating. That's got to be a world record, girls! There was a whacked-out scarecrow in the corner, too! It was also really great to get up north early to have some breakfast at Muller's Diner and walk around Port Jervis and see a bit of northeastern Pennsylvania later on. I haven't been to that part of Pennsylvania in years. It's a beautiful time of the year for both places.

Thank you, Alison You're not the only one who thinks our dolls were stylish yesterday It took a couple hours to drive each way, but it was worth the trip. I'm looking forward to going again in the future.

 

Thank you very much, Jareth It was a really nice location. I'm glad it ended up working out so well. They were having a hard time finding a good location, but their hard work paid off because this location ended up being fantastic. The organizers worked hard for all of us. I'm glad they're doing meets in their area.

Thank you about my girls, too I'm so happy to be able to bring them out to meets so people can see them and love them We had a big conversation about all of the different Iplehouse mature woman SD size bodies since I brought my SID Eva on the body from 2014. Of course, I had to bring Eva and her girlfriend Leah in their new kitty cat themed outfits
