Maskcat 26cm Line Discussion part 1

Wow she is such a sweet doll. I would love to see how she looks next to a Leekeworld yosd.. I have a Leekeworld Chole that might really enjoy a friend. They have the same neck size... so its even a possibility to change bodies as well.... oh where is my magic money tree?

They're both so cute, but I think I will go for Feline first. So many clothes...way too tempting.

 

I really love Feline!! It's exactly the size i like the most! She will fit nicely with my Merry doll Round Mousse i think.
I hope they will release her soon.

Oh no!! I was JUST thinking about how much I wanted a 26cm Maskcat girl with a smaller head so she would be more in line with my others... AND THEN SHE APPEARED... I love her! She's so adorable and cute.

Well, I did order her. :P I don't mean to double post but does anyone know what shoes she wears? Can she wear blythe shoes?

 

I think she can, so many options if so. A whole world of cute clothes and shoes! I'm also wondering about Rement stuff, I bought an accessory bundle years ago. It would be so cool if it worked for this cutie.

 

She should be able to! I don't have one yet but her feet are the right size for Blythe shoes.

 

I recently got a Feline, and just adore her. I originally fell in love with her SD girls, but they are simply too big. I have her 21cm girls, but they aren't as cute, nor is her MSD. Feline is very close in looks to the big girls, a huge plus for me. Her face and body are really lovely, though the posing is not as good as dolls with the two part torso. She fits all the Blythe clothes and shoes I've tried, except pants, as her legs are quite long. Her hands and feet are small; the hands go easily into sleeves, and she can wear a variety of shoes, with socks if needed.

 

Great news! Will you be posting pics of her in Blythe clothes?

 

That's the plan, but I might be too busy over the holidays.

 

I ordered my girl! I ordered a Feline in tan--I'm so excited to have her home! Luckily I already have LOTS of clothes to dress her in... I can't wait to see how she compares to my other girls, too. I think she's going to be shorter? And more easily able to wear 1/6 shoes, which will be a relief and a terrible temptation!

My spouse gave me Gladys for xmas (well, a shipping notice--and she arrived a few days later & here she is. Good to know the Blythe shoes fit her, I've sent for some stockings and shoes & I like her in this vintage Madame Alexander 8" Gretel dress. I was actually really surprised when I opened the box because I'd asked for Feline! She is lovely though & I adore her elf ears and big eyes.

Here is my Feline. She shipped super fast and I am so happy to have her, everything about her is enchanting. I love this small size so so so much.

She is wearing a layered Blythe dress. It fits fine, but doubling up on layers it is a tad on the tight side. Wig is by Maskcat doll, it is 3/4 size. Her shoes are Barbie FR shoes, they fit pretty well except are a bit loose, with socks they would probably be perfect, I still need to purchase some. I am waiting on a pair of Blythe shoes to compare with. Maskcat lists her eye size as 8mm, but I have many pairs of 6mm on hand and prefer the look of those, as her eye opening are a tad narrow. You can see more detail of the eye and iris with the 6mm size. If you like a big iris size though, 8mm is fine.

I got it from a Taobao store.. I will have to check my order history to remember which one though! It's for Momoko. It's a bit too big for her, actually-- it slips off of her shoulders. But it works for now!

My full set Heidi arrived today! It's been windy and grey (thus her little flyaway hairs blowing all over....) but I wanted to take at least a couple of semi-decent pictures of this precious girl. I'm so impressed by her and I love her sweet, thoughtful expression.

I was looking to getting an Inez and I didnt think her fullset was available because I didnt see it on Banyo's etsy, but it was on her website! So the pink skin fullset Inez is coming home to me

 

Congrats @Cydril ! Inez is such a cutie. Her fullset is lovely too; I'm in love with her dress. I've been soooo tempted to pick up her basic version during Maskcat's sale but I have so many other dolls on layaway I'm still paying off rn. At least she's not limited, so she'll come home to me eventually.

 

Inez is here! Unfortunately her leg broke during shipping (I blame DHL ) But MaskCat already agreed to send me a new leg part, thank goodness. Otherwise shes really lovely! I feel so lucky to have her

She's gorgeous! It's so cute how tiny she is compared to your other dolls. I'm glad to hear her leg will be replaced. I got my Feline in August and forgot to post her here, whoops. I haven't set up a doll profile because I don't have a name for her yet, but I love her to death!

Hi guys!

Just put in an order for Inez in their tan resin. Originally I was looking for a "weird" yosd sculpt that would match a gothic/macabre story for my character to be re-shelled into. The msd size is a bit hard for me to find the wanted diorama crafts and space. Then I came across Inez and her solemn face. It was perfect since I was looking for a mature sculpt with teeny eyes and she'll be the perfect size for creating a diorama for. Blythes seem to have such great clothes too- I'm excited!!

Thanks Icicle! I saw wait time looks like 4 months in the waiting room, hopefully she makes it a little faster since she's blank. I really love the look of the company box too.

 

My Selene says "hi"! When I first opened the box, I was surprised how small she is. But she is so amazingly detailed at the same time! I'm in love.

Has everyone seen the new body sculpt double joint for the new 26cm line and the additional ballet hand and feet? I'm so looking forward to seeing them on etsy I'm thinking of maybe getting a Feline in Tan or wait to see if they're thinking of doing new head sculpt but they look so amazing!
