Magnetic earrings help?

So I’ve been making my dollfies jewelry, in particular necklaces/ bracelets. When it comes to earrings the easiest option seems to be magnetic earrings. I haven’t been able to make any earrings because I don’t know what the thing is called that holds the magnet in place, I need some help identifying what this is called in the photo, it is circled in red.

these are earring I got from kitnkatshop.com

 

It’s the thing at the end attached to the jumper ring, sorry if my initial post wasn’t clear enough. Seems like the magnet is glued into it. I have a bunch of 3mm magnets so I was hoping to find out what it’s called so I can make some earrings.
