Dang, I'm jealous. No word on my grey Elf Kai, but your posts give me hope. Tiny Delfs are such great little dolls. I'm loving the more mature clothing you have yours in too.

 

Apologies if this is in the wrong area (just getting back into the swing of things), but I was 1. Curious as to how many of you guys own Tiny 20 Delfs, and 2. Where the heck do you guys get accessories/wigs/clothing for them? I've been successful in finding sites that sell Tiny Delf stuff, but obviously the build of a 20 is lankier than their counterparts.

I'm an amateur at sewing, and even when I manage to sit down to start an outfit I rarely finish due to irl priorities/responsibilities - so sewing is an option, yes.

Opinions, pictures, links, are all welcome I would love to pamper my doll as much as possible.

Oh, I'd also like to add that if you know what clothing could also be used in place of already labeled Tiny 20 Delf would be great too! Like 'oh they can also wear... idk Blythe clothing', or something.

 

wigs and shoes should be the same as for tiny delfs. i don't have a tiny -20 though i'd like to some day, so can't give you info on what fits for sure, but i would think blythe clothes should be a good place to start. at least dresses, since the chest size would be right, and the reason the tinies can't wear blythe stuff is that blythe is taller.

 

I did read that Middie Blythes are a decent fit, albeit a little short in some areas. Not sure if I remember correctly though. I've been scouring the net, so I could really use more resources.

 

the only person that i can remember for sure had the tiny 20, and blythe was honeythorpe. but she's been gone from doa as long as i was, so i don't know if she would still answer a pm.

I have a tiny20 boy, Ghr. He's an elf Kai in real brown if I remember correctly. He wears a LUTS wig, and fits the same shoes as my pukifee/lati collection. Generally, he can wear pukifee/lati size shirts just fine, some are just a bit short. He has a Ylang Garden shirt that fits well, and a shirt from nubanded he wears regularly. The thing I've had the hardest time finding is pants - I have a pair for the Tiny20's from ADreamWithin on Etsy, but I don't see that size on the shop anymore. He has a hard time sitting in pants. He also has a jacket from Clear-Lan in momoko size that fits him pretty well. I don't have any great pictures of him, but I'll try and take one when I get home tonight with some of his stuff.
I too have heard that the middie blythe stuff fits pretty well, but I haven't really looked because my boy will not wear dresses.

 

do you think the clearlan momoko pants would fit too?

 

Hey everyone, I'm brand new to the world of Tiny Delfs and I have to say I am really loving all the owner pics I've been seeing as well as the range of resin colors. I had a couple of questions I was hoping someone could help me with.
I was thinking of getting a tan TD (the darkest option listed) and I can see there's an option for a faceup. But what does their default faceup look like on that resin? I can see examples on some of the lighter colors.

At the moment I really like the look of Jack as a boy, the photos of him on the site modelling wigs is just ADORABLE. I can see that I could order a tan Jack but ..not that I need him to have elf ears but OMGoodness they are just so darn cute. But how do I get those elf ears? Do I need to wait for them to do a special release or something that includes a Jack with elf ears as an option?
Also how often do they do special releases and are they usually a lot more expensive than the regular releases?

Thank you so much! That faceup would be fine, seems to suit the resin color really well. Actually looking at more pictures, Heidi and Jack have pretty much the same shaped face (LOVE those cheeks!) but I think I might prefer Heidi's slightly wider lips. But I would want her to be a boy. If I get a faceup would they make it a girly faceup? Is there such a thing? LOL

The Centaurs are soo cute, I remember when they came out because some owners were making Pukifee centaur hybrids Okay so I need to decide how long I can wait LOL and if I really want those ears or not. Heidi's elf ears are fairly similar just a bit lower.

 

I don't own a TinyDelf20 but from what I've seen they are very similar in size and proportion to Mudoll Bebe, just with a slimmer waist.

My Bebe can wear a lot of Middie Blythe clothes and I've also found Barbie Skipper/Stacie stuff worked really well. So I imagine it should be good for the 20s as well?

 

Well it would probably suit a boy having less cheek and eye makeup LOL I am definitely stuck on a tan (the darkest color) Heidi with elf ears as a boy. Does staring at the site and refreshing make them put out releases earlier do you think? LOL
His story is already buzzing in my head. *sigh*

Wow Peter makes a super pretty girl! One of my first bjd's was a Sleeping Elf and her limbs were about as slim as these. She was so darn kicky it drove me mad.

 

I think they would be too long, but its possible shorts might work.

 

Okay I'm going slightly stir crazy. Does anyone have a Tyltyl styled as a boy? Because..so cute! But I only want to get one. So for a boy, either a tan Tyltyl with elf ears or a tan Heidi with elf ears. If I get Tyltyl I don't have to wait for an event at least. But .. gah so hard to choose. *flails*

 

Just got a new wig in and now my Tiny Delf looks so much better! Her name is Anne (nickname being Annie)

Would you believe I'm contemplating getting both a Tyltyl and a Heidi? *headdesk* I'm still not so patiently waiting for them to have a special release or event for the TDF's so I can get both at the same time and save on shipping. I could get the Tyltyl with elf ears in NS but need the event to get Heidi in elf ears in the dark tan. BLAH. Cooperate Luts!

 

Ahh, all these little guys are so cute~ I've been looking at TDF Louis, he's so funny and adorable! I have a zombie witch boy character that's eternally exhausted, and I'd love to have a mini version of him that's constantly yawning. I just think that mouth and his little double chin is too precious! I'm not sure if I'd want an actual TDF or the Tiny20; is it hard to find clothes for the Tiny20? It seems like kind of a weird size! But I like the body and bigger size. Louis is adorable either way!

 

@KiyoshiSenshi That sounds so cute :3 I've seen a little zombie Louis before and it totally suits the sculpt for sure.

I've been postponing buying any new ball-jointed dolls because I just lack the funds, time and inspiration for them. Off course I just had to stumble upon the Tiny Delfs during a weak moment. I already own two Pukifee whose size I really adore. It just so happens that I have a weak spot for sleepy sculpts so Louis and Alice keep calling my name. My roommate will absolutely murder me if I buy any more though. What to do...

Also I can't believe I missed out on purchasing a grey skinned boy or girl. I have been wanting grey resin in the house for ages. I would have so broken my dolly purchasing ban for that.

Can anyone ease my troubles with some adorable spam? It doesn't necessarily have to be Louis or Alice.

 

They are totally adorable like their Honey Delf versions..but but I am stuck on wanting both the Heidi in dark tan with elf ears and now the Tyltyl in normal skin with elf ears

 

I love the elf version of Mytyl~ I could get one in the Tiny 20 size too! I think regular TDF size might be too small for me. At least, for anyone other than Louis. And I love the dreamy yet fierce look that Mytyl has. Ug, Luts, why do you tempt me so... Isn't two KDFs enough? (Apparently not.)

 

I'm so tempted by the outfits they are wearing. So cute (｡♥‿♥｡) I just don't know if the style is what I'm looking for in my tinies though so it might just be a waste of money...

...then again...so cute...
