Hi there y'all! I have a Luts SSDF slim superior body on my way and I'd like to quick ask if anyone has even just a sloper for some pants for this big lad. I do want to modify the pattern with some details like making them high waist and having a laced up crotch since this is a fantasy themed guy after all, I'm not just doing a zipper. Much obliged if you get back to me
I have a very rough pattern for high-waist lace up pants I made for a Minifee. I don't know how well it would scale, but it might give you an idea what shapes you'll want? If you're interested, just let me know if you want a scan or a photo.
Ooh I can for sure play with that if you don't mind! A scan is preferred but not required either since I'll just be monkeying with it anyways.
No problem! I'll pull it out and take it to work tomorrow - I don't have a scanner at home, but we've got a nice one at the library.
Advanced look at how mine looked. These were my first attempt, but I've gotten the doll a new body and will have to remake them – though they're too short anyway, haha. A note that's probably obvious to more experienced sewists but wasn't for me: don't try grommets on stretchy fabric. I had laces and a hook-and-eye as my fasteners. I have a rough draft of some plain trousers too that i tend to adapt on the fly for a 68cm boy (those laceup ones are really cool though!! ) mine specifically tend to allow for some junk in the trunk though since i wasn't using stretchy fabric for the specific boy i drafted them for. it'd be easy enough to take in though if SSDF doesn't have much of a booty.

You can absolutely make fancier pants than this, but I also drafted it freehand based solely on my doll's measurements and what pattern knowledge I have, and it was the first pants pattern I'd ever drafted. Super versatile, though, because you can change the fly, add laces at the bottom, or a whole bunch of other options!
