Ordering LUTS Rosy Brown Skin Colour Question

I'm pretty sure that includes skins that are not currently available for order in Korea. I know that some companies usually offer separate options for international orders to cater to higher demand. I'm sure the company would have contacted you first if there was an issue with your order, but just in case, you might want to try contacting customer support.

Since it's QNA answer time in Korea, I contacted the company with a link to the page and was told that it was an error in the production of the English page and they would fix it. Unfortunately, I think you'll have to contact them about changing the skin color.

 

Maybe they will honor it since you ordered it already?

 

Ah, I was thinking more on the lines of perhaps they will make the doll for you in Rosy Brown (assuming that's what you want) because you did order and pay for it. Other companies have honored mistakes that they've made before.
