Ordering Luts Order Disappeared ?

    1. So I ordered a MDF a few months ago during one of their major sale events, and I’m nearing the expected shipping time. But when I check my account and go to the “orders” page the order has completely disappeared. Is this fairly normal for luts or should I be concerned?

    4. Orders are only visible for 3 months, if you click the '6' months' box it should bring up orders in the last 6 months. If you want to go back past 6 months then have to set the calendar range for an older date. Maybe give that a go and see if it'll display the order? :)

    5. Like Epicari says, try changing the date range to see if your order is there.

      I experienced something similar on another Korean doll company site that uses a similar template to Luts and was so shocked when my order seemed to have disappeared! Then I noticed that it was only showing orders from the past 3 months... I changed the date range and my order immediately reappeared!
