Luts Kid Delf Discussion part 12

Do you think they would do an event while they have the other promo for the HD going? We may have to wait until that's finished. Keeping fingers crossed

 

I think I saw on facebook that the HD promotion was ending today. So, we will probably start getting hints hopefully before the end of the week?

 

I'm sure they'll start hinting at a summer event soon. It's their fifteenth anniversary, so hopefully they'll have lots of fun things!

 

ShadowMist yay, they'll be happy to come and certainly with own sleeping bags it'll be a long night of giggles, gossips and bottle games!


Well now there is some very strange hint of what's coming as wished
looks very interesting treasure map. No clue what it is about though.

 

It seems as though theyre going all out this year!!! Looks to me like some kind of game, don't you think??

There are 16 question marks. Does that mean there are going to be 16 new dolls?

 

I saw this. I don't know if I should be excited or sad for this. xD What will it do to my wallet?

xkelpiex really know what you mean, I hope that too but the odds are there are going to be something amazing since at this time of the year they usually make something unique - at least looking at previous summers.

I think not all of the dolls are new, maybe old sculpts with different styles and a small change, but then the last ones could be the the new ones. At least the treasure map looks like the red '?' Marks will have the best ones.

 

Ughhhh why??? Why, Luts, why???

 

I'm scared, guys! I haven't even gotten my Kelp yet! Now, I just KNOW something amazing is going to come from those red boxes and my wallet will be screwed. Let me go, Luts. Please, release your hold on me

 

Oh kelpie. There's no letting go. Muahaa. I was doomed to luts from the beginning. Now I just get to sit and wait to see what I'm really doomed for. Lol

 

I'm going to take a guess and say that the black question marks will be rereleases or revamped versions of limited dolls Luts has had in their fifteen year history. Starting with the most recent (and littlest!), the two TDFs that were just offered as centaurs only. And maybe the black question marks will be their all new limited dolls for this event! If I'm right, I should be safe from the old limiteds for the most part, unless they offer elf Pine or Ttori...

 

Oh, my! If you look at the Kid Delf catagory numbers 3, 4, and 5 are in there!
The red ones are all in the event part section.

Oooh, nice way to figure out which sizes are getting released when! *hifive* [MENTION=1734]Fate[/MENTION]: I neeeever thought I would be a Luts girl. But, now I have two Luts dolls with one on the way, and one I have my eye on (but she won't be had for another year or two if I stick to my dolly plans. Which I won't).

 

Oh! And at least for now they are listed as "Basic" dolls!
That makes me happy!
I hope the event items are not too tempting. All my doll money is going towards a long layaway I have going on.

 

So according to the categories, first unknowns are going to be kid delfs
Then MDF, SDF, and event

 

If they're basic then I won't have to worry. *crosses fingers*

 

I'm hoping they'll be basic! Otherwise I may be doing 2 orders during these event! [one at teh beginning, one near the end]. ESPECIALLY if they do an Elf Pine. I couldn't get any more perfect for Sage if that was the case. xD


I'm going to cross my fingers for a Quintus. I still kick myself that I didn't just buy him when he was released.

 

Ah, Quintus, he has such a unique face! I love his pouty lips and unique nose.
I was hoping for a limited......a kdf mermaid to be precise >.> Not that I could afford one atm, but, YANNO.
ETA: Oman, I thought Quintus was QUINO, haha! Wrong doll entirely.

 

Had to fix my post after realising of my own little misunderstanding with what I said...

Anyhow, I wonder in what kind of time span these 'treasures' are released...like all kdf at one go or each at separate times

 

I hope they do them all at once! And soon! The KDF ones are the only ones in this treasure map that could be dangerous for me lol

 

KDFs and SDFs are dangerous for me, depending on the type of releases there are. I don't want to push off my Arwen though. But seriously luts, killing me! I'm so excited.

 

Two kdfs are up. OMG Papaya, be still my beating heart.
ETA: I'm not a fan of Pepino's faceup, but his blank sculpt is pretty cute.

 

Pepino is the one I like. Not a rush to buy purchase or anything. But I do like the sculpt

 

Looks like they aren't going to be limited either..... hmmm... I'm so torn. I thought I had picked a doll from another company to be Willow's sister, but now Papaya is here and she's gorgeous and has similarities to Willow! I wasn't going to buy her sister for another year or so, so if Papaya isn't limited, it would be interesting to see owner pictures first.

 

I like them both, though it might have something to do with their light faceups, which I adore. I don't have another KDF character to find a sculpt for so I'm not sure what I'll do. But I will definitely wait for more pics!!

 

UGH I love them!! Papaya is killing me. Pepino is also really adorable but think it would look better with a different faceup

Oh they're so cute I really like Papaya's lips! But if they aren't limited then I'd still go for my plan to get Jamong first, unless the 3rd KDF is a killer for me

Err, just saw that the 3rd kid is going to be limited zuzu delf. Well I guess I'm safe since I'm not really into zuzus or any bigger than KDFs

 

Yeah, not interested in Zuzus either.... so, it's kind of a letdown for me. Ah, well! There are other sizes to gawk at.

Oh no! Papaya's got teeth, I'm done for now . . . I'm hopeless when it comes to a lovely smile.

Fortunately I have Jack Centaur already on the way so don't have to worry about the TD.

 

Neither of the two new heads is doing it for me, which I am thankful for. My wishlist plate is full enough as it is!

I actually had to take Papaya's blank head shot into photoshop. Something about her faceup and eye position made me think her eyes themselves where uneven. Her lower eye rim just seems a bit thinker than I am used to seeing and perhaps that is what was making my brain think the eyes were off.

 

oh no, limited zuzu kdf... I already have Lio on my wish list, I hope they don't do something awesome like Nor! I don't know if I could resist!

 

I am curious about the next KDF! animal parts are great! but even though cats are great i would love to see them do a different animal.

Luts sure know how to keep us sitting on the edge of our seats!! Their site must be getting heaps of hits right now.

 

They've updated the pricing on Papaya and Pepino so hopefully this means that soon there will be more releases, haha. Anyone else constantly refreshing the page?

Luts, nooo, why are you so crueel? I'm not yet tempted by any of the sculpts but oh man, this event is exciting! What a fun idea!

 

This is a pretty exciting event. xD They at least acknowledged it in their notices now, too. xDD

At least I know I'm safe from the zuzu kids. As interesting as they are, tey aren't for me. I'm not sure how I feel about this sculpt. So far it only looks like one release, though

 

I agree, it is exciting. I love seeing the new sculpts as they pop up. I'm also looking forward to viewing the photo sets after they come out. I also love that they're unlimited so if there is something I have to have, it doesn't have to be now! So far, I'm safe though!

 

Im still in debate on if I'd want Pepino. His features grow on me more and more but I don't really have a plan for another male character. xD But I don't think he has the lady look I'd want either. I should just write it off as a no and play it safe here, too. xD But I agree, as long as they stay unlimited, I don't have to make any hasty decisions.

 

Thankfully I don't like the zuzu... Meh, I'm not huge on anthros anyway. But I still like Pepino!

 

Yay the next kdf is up. Mmm I'm a little dissapointed. Cute but doesn't look that much different from corni... I like Corni better.
So kids are over now, boooo. Also we have to wait now over the weekend to see what's next on the map

 

I LOVE Pepino! Since it looks like they aren't going to be a limited release, I'll wait for their heads to be available on the MDF My Choice. I think the Pepino head would make a lovely mature girl with the MDF body.

 

I'm just really happy with the Papaya release. She's peeeeerfect for what I needed in a sister for one of my dolls. I'll probs get her by Christmas. I hope one of the red boxes ends up being another kdf, too.

 

So it was a cat girl, but thankfully not my style of cat girl. Good. There is already another company taunting me with a limited I cannot buy. If I had to miss out on two I would have been put out!

 

Omg luts. I'm so dissapointed. It's another cat. And not even that cute or original. animal dolls must be cats and fantasy dolls must have hooves.
I'm glad I'm not interested in her but I want luts to be more creative T3T
