Luts Kid Delf Discussion part 11

I think it would be the Bory-EF-SS head. There hasn't been another elf-eared Bory, so I think that one is meant to be the unicorn mold.

 

Oh. I'm so bad. Luts is killing me. So, I have my Uni-taur Bory, my ZDF Scorpio Persi, Rumi-Sandy, and Sagittarius Griffin Lio set. Now, I had to order the KDF Pegasus Jamong full set, an extra human dress and Berry outfit.. aaaand a KZD Lio with female bust. *sigh*

My bank hates me. Lol. I could stop! Oh! And I ordered some awesome new pastel sets. I bought the 120 piece Sennelier set, and the 24 piece iridescent set.
Plus, I won a free faceup by Pearls of Danube Aesthetics! So, I'm gonna have my Bory romance head done!

 

yea I'm with you there it started with the satyros and satyresse dolls along with Lio Griffin...then I went and order Berry Pegasus, Lio and Corni set...and a Bory I just received 2nd hand...what gorgeous amazing dolls.

 

I have been wanting to see a girl Lio!

 

Oh man. If I could only access the MP. I really want to find more little Lios. :<

Me too. I went with the romantic bust as well. I hope it looks good! I decided on the type A faceup because I just love the colors!

 

Going through a slow process of cleaning up in my BJD collection. In about a two to three months time I'll be welcoming home a SOOM Idealian51 Hornblend - Royal Guard centaur.

Now that I have sold my Bortytaur (everything but the centaur body) I am wondering if I should get a brown skin Basil for the horse body. He is much more to my liking I was trying my best to bond with my Borytaur. I even fooled myself into believing I loved him. But he became nothing more than shelf decoration.


I have a big dilemma now.. Should I order my KDF An next or Basil I was supposed to order An.. Or should I have a KDF centaur at all

 

Shura (previously Tobi) would like to join in, after being absent for awhile. He went through a name change, after I decided to keep him... haha.

Hi everyone! I'm pretty sure I already introduced myself here a long time ago, but nice to meet you guys anyway! I've been into Luts' dolls for years, and I'm finally ordering my first KDF (hopefully) within the next few weeks. I'm going to be ordering a Luts Duri in Brown skin, and I'm super excited!

Kael is adorable! I really don't know why there aren't more Duri's around - it's such a unique sculpt.

BerryPeachy, that's exciting! Duri will be my first LUTS doll too. I've liked many if their other sculpts, but Duri slowly got to me, and now is the top sculpt for me. I will probably wait for the winter event though, or a sale period if that happens. Good luck!

SnowWhite, I'm glad your keeping your boy, that face is my favorite event head LUTS has released in KD size, and the color scheme you've chosen for him is wonderful! There has been one for sale forever, but I can't make myself buy him for some reason. Prolly because I have 3 new dolls and a puppy coming next month...>,<

 

she looks amazing! i love that you did her with the really pale eyes instead of the red ones. (i have a niece who has partial albinism who has just that coloring!)

 

My Bory just got here!! I am completely smitten with him. All you Borytaur owners out there, I now completely understand your joy! I am happy beyond words. I'd post pics for you guys, but I still don't have a body for him. n__n;;; Gotta save up! But in the meantime, I certainly won't love him any less. My dream of a Borytaur has finally come true~! My KDF girls are all packed away for my upcoming move, but when they finally catch a glimpse of this guy I think it might be the world's biggest resin catfight to date. (Since there are just so many of those, and all.)

BerryPeachy, thank you! Yes, it is. Except, I removed the blushing on his cheeks, chin, and nose, because he was so flushed. I don't know how, but it smoothed out wonderfully!

question on wigs...what size wig works best on KDF? more specifically Monique Gold wigs as sometimes they vary in stretch. I'm wanting to get a new wig for my incoming Corni, Lio and Berry.

She's a great mold! xD I was having a toss up between her and Litchi for Sora's sister [... Ironically enough, two very different molds] but I decided Peach had more of the look I was going for. And i don't regret it. xD I love her chubby face, too. >w<
When they released Yuz, I knew I had to have him, right from the start. Sora is still a work in progress to get him just right. [I think I need to get him some 12mm eyes.] But I love him so much. xD

Kitty Blue, when I had kid delfs, they wore 7-8" wigs, with silicon caps, and they fit extremely well, as in there was no way the wigs would fall off!
I cannot see them wearing anything smaller, if you use silicon caps.

 

I haven't been keeping up with dolls, or even played with mine much since last year -- but yesterday I took Miss Yui out and fell in love all over again. &#9829;

Hey guys, I know this is a pretty dumb question but does anyone have a photo comparison of what 16mm vs 14mm eyes look like is KDF's heads?
I have no clue what size eyes any of my dolls currently have in there heads >__<

 

no pictures or dolls handy at the moment but mine have 14mm eyes in them which fit the eyewells perfectly if that helps

 

I do, but it really depends on which KDF head you have. Some have much smaller eyes than others. With 14mm there may be some gapping if that bothers you. I have some gapping with my Maska, but the 16mm just filled his whole eye socket.

I know I'm a little late but I wanted to add onto this~

I have the Kid Zuzu Delf Lio and he came with from the company with a pair of default eyes in size 16mm.

I purchased a separate pair of eyes in the recommended size listed on his page. I find the 14mm more suited to his eye holes, they nestle against it more effectively. And the size comparison between the two types are very distinct. The smaller glass eyes most likely being the 14mm.

Hi guys! I'm thinking about buying my second KDF (Nana). However, I am wondering if LUTS plans on releasing a KDF Body Type 3 with smaller breasts that would be more suited for younger characters. I'm not sure if I should order now, or if I should wait and see if LUTS releases a new Type 3 body. What do you guys think?

 

I'm guessing none of the pegasus have made it home yet? I was hoping to already find some picture spam, but I guess not, huh?

In the meantime, enjoy a goaty, who'll finally stop nagging that his outfit isn't compelte yet.

@Fate: -^^- Thank you. I was quite worried I might end up not liking the new tan while waiting for him, but it was without reason. I really love the tan
And green-black was my planned color set for him from the start. It just took me quite long to get back to working on him after I had him dressed decently ;P

I admit I'm slightly regretful I didn't get Jamong (I think was the male pegasus with the greenish wings called?) but I AM hoping for Luts to release a Gryffin and don't have space for three of these... Well, strictly speaking I could make space, but... ^^°
