Two months or so, which was par for the course during that crunch. Both my friend's dolls shipped in a month, which I gather is more standard for them with dolls with faceups. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The faceup was a little more 'natural' than I expected, but it suits the character so much better that I can't complain. * Were you satisfied with the product? How easy was it to pay? Paid my Debit Card. It was really easy and quick, but i did worry about the lack of security on the Luts website. How long did it take to ship? I was originally told it would take 4 weeks to ship. He didn't ship untill the 9th August instead. While other Bory's were being shipped out on time, mine seemed to be incredibly delayed. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I love my boy so much. His resin is so nice and he poses like a dream. His a bit light though, and falls over if you blow him. But otherwise he was worth it. His face-up is especially beautifull! Did the item look like the sales pictures? Actually he didn't. I had requested custom make-up for one, and he came with different eyes. But the sales pictures fail to show he has the sleepy look under his eyes. Were you satisfied with the product? Yes definatly~

For wigs, I have had a lot of problems with their wigs staining my dolls' heads, rather badly in some cases... and not always just with black wigs. The dolls themselves are usually nicely made, but their resin is very inconsistent in terms of color... making it hard to match heads and bodies from different ordered. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. * Were you satisfied with the product? A few times when I've ordered, my orders have shipped without including some items. In all cases, they didn't notify me that the item was unavailable... and when I wrote to say "Hey, this is missing," I've had to argue to get a refund rather than store credit. When I ordered my two Senior Delf Bliss, one was perfect, but the other was very yellow and arrived with a big chunk missing from his ankle. This was also after waiting almost two months for them to ship the dolls. * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I think I'm one of the fortunate people who's always had amazing communication from Luts. They've responded to me in a timely manner, always been polite and professional, and definitely helpful. How easy was it to pay? The only time I've ever had trouble paying Luts was the very first time I ordered. I was a total n00b with a credit card and didn't understand why the system wouldn't accept my payment. (Go go Pop-up Blocker) How long did it take to ship? Shipping times from Luts have varied a bit for me. My most recent order's shipped the day after/two days after ordering. Where as my Kid Delf Cherry took over a month. I've always found the things I've ordered from Luts have been great quality, especially their shoes. I just recieved my first pair and was so pleased with them. They apologized and asked me to send her torso back as soon as I could and they would refund me the shipping charges however I liked. Late April for the Moon, I've been ordering clothes and wigs through out the year from them, and September for the Shiwoo Special. How was the communication? Fairly good; they usually get back to me within 1 to 3 days depending on how slammed with business and what the matter is about. How easy was it to pay? I only encountered a problem recently with that and I think it's their new paygate. They apologized profusely and when I switched computers, I had no problem. How long did it take to ship? Depends on when I ordered. My Moon shipped in exactly three weeks as did the Shiwoo but...they sent me the wrong Shiwoo so it took an extra week because I had to send it back so they could fix the problem. The longest I've had something hanging out for them has been over a month. >_< Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very much so. Pretty much with everything but the mishap that occurred with ordering my Shiwoo. As I mentioned, they sent me a Shiwoo special with the wrong head painted, the wrong eye color, no piercings, AND the wrong skin type. I really think they gave me someone else's order. I both emailed and got on the boards; they asked me to take pictures of the Shiwoo and once they confirmed they'd screwed up, asked me to ship him back and reimbursed me. They put me at the front of their order list and literally four days after they received the doll back, they sent him out again and he was perfect this time. Exactly what I'd asked for and they even gave me a free wig and a not of apology. The thing with Luts is you have to politely let them know you're not happy about something and aren't going to just give up or go away. Keep on them and they'll work with you as best as they can.
I ordered an Annette from LUTS, and she arrived 30 days after payment, which is shorter than they told me. She is so much more gorgeous in person than on the pictures, and LUTS service and communication has been great. They even sanded her seams, even though there is nothing about that on their page, and I always except a new doll to come with seams so I was surprised to discover they were sanded. I know I'll never regret buying my Annette.

NO. ill explain at the end * Were you satisfied with the product? no. * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? they had actually sent me a NARA HEAD. being my first BJD it took me a while to realise as both nara and jeong are quite unpopular and i couldnt source blank pictures of either. a month or so later, i contacted luts on their Q+A saying i had recieved the wrong head and was very displeased. however, i realised id left this a while by now and being the person i am i'm patient with this stuff. after a while, they contacted me and asked for pictures. fair enough. i sent clear pictures, and they confirmed that yes, it was the wrong head, and gave me an address to send it back to. however, i had bonded with the head and informed them of this and said i would decide whether or not to send it back. it took me a couple of weeks to finally decide to let go of her. jeong went out of stock on the luts website. after i realised i posted to ask if they had one they could still send me. they responded yes. i was pleased at this but puzzled as to how theyre out of stock but still have a new one free. well, whatever however by this point i had placed a second order, and told luts i would be sending the head back but they could include the jeong head in that order to save themselves on shipping. they responded saying no, and that they must recieve the nara head first. they also told me several times to ship by EMS and i must give them the number, even though i told them england doesnt have EMS. may i point out that here, they never once offerd to refund my shipping, but instead insitied around 3 times i ship it via an expensive form of shipping. however, when i recieved the second order i placed, only a short time after sending the nara off, it did indeed have a JEONG head in it. this irritates me, why say one thing and do another? so, overall, the issue was resolved; with poor communication, inccorrect communication, only replies when i prompted, and always in a somewhat rude or hard to read way, when i was merely wanting the actual item that had cost $100 in total. also, they never offerd to pay the shipping for me, but being the way i am i didnt think about asking. they did not inform me that they recieved the head i sent, even though i had spent time typing a letter with the parcel asking them to do so. they were barely apologetic and included no letter in the parcel they sent me, and never sent any communication except for the questions id prompted i would like to say that my second order was perfectly fine other than an unusually long 'payment recieved' status ~

No. The MNF boy body has... a few problems. First thing I noticed was that a head would not fit onto the neck part, because the neck part was warped and had become concave. Also, the hammer wouldn't turn. I took him apart to examine the neck part more closely, and discovered that the resin "hooks" inside the feet were bent completely out of shape and it's a miracle they even held the elastic 9_9; Also, the hollow wrist joint on the arm parts is more of an oval than a circle, so if you turn the hands 90 degrees they pop out of the joint a little. * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? They tried to avoid it. When I posted about my problem with the neck piece and showed them photos (in comparison to a properly working neck piece, the difference was visible), they said that there was no problem and I was putting the head on wrong (even though I stated that a head doesn't even fit on in the first place...). After I discovered the feet, I posted again stating that I think the resin was not cured when they strung it, thus all the parts connected to the elastic bent under the pressure. Then they gave me their address to send the body back, saying that I have to pay shipping because they'll "repair the body for free". EDIT Jan '08- Luts received the body but did not let me know until I asked. After a month of asking them about the status, and them continuously lying to me about when it would be done, I filed a Paypal dispute and they finished the "repair". I received the body this week and it was NOT REPAIRED. They replaced the neck piece and that was it (funny, 'cause that's what I initially asked for and they denied a problem), the feet and wrists were still messed up. I think I can fix the problems that are left, but the fact is that Luts SHOULD have fixed it entirely. They have no excuse to keep the thing for an entire month saying they're in the middle of "repairing" it every time I ask, when all they did is replace ONE PART in all that time (and how long does it take to restring a body? I'd say about 10 minutes.). I definitely do not trust them with dolls anymore, and if I ever want a Delf in the future I'll just get it second-hand. :/

I must say, he just very fragile to compare to my first doll, Dion. Guess Luts and Cerberus Project quality having their own quality areas. I am still happy to own him though! Did the item look like the sales pictures? I cant stop staring at him. I love him more then the one in sales pictures. He looks as if, he got my character souls transferred to him right after I received him 3 Were you satisfied with the product? I do... It's just the very well know "kicky legs issues" that almost all Delfs have... Despite of that, he can still stand well, just that, I dont want to let him stand as long as my Dion, cuz he seems much more stable then my Breakaway. I must say I dont really like the head mechanism too because they look like they going to break at any time if I handle it just as rough as I handle my Dion. >o<;;; The inside head is pretty much bubbly and they got the issue of "unfinished product" look which is I trying my best not to look at it too often or I will be dissatisfied. All in all I must say, my breakaway is a very beautiful doll, that I am so happy to own. But Cerberus Project could've done better ^^;;

How easy was it to pay? Easy. I used credit card payment. It was approved of immediately. How long did it take to ship? Wait time was 58 days, but he reached me in 2 days once shipped out.
