      It was pretty good. They replied my questions within reasonable time and was very friendly to deal with

      Used paypal, easy

      I waited about 20 days for the doll and 3 days for the wigs and outfit to be shipped out. Both packages arrived on the 29th

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely! Muroo is just beautiful and cute, fell in love completely. The quality of the wigs are very good, so is the outfit. Easy to put on as well.

      Yep! The event shoes and wig are excellent as well~

      communication was really good, they answered all my questions really fast and were very kind.

      very easy, through paypal.

      29 days; it shipped out Dec 29th, I received it Jan 2nd.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      yes! Bory was made very well, the wig was too. Her joints work amazingly!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, I think it looked better, she wasn't over-blushed like in the sales picture.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, except for the shoes... they gave me two left shoes. Also, there were small scuffs on the Wintery event head I received, but I can clean those up myself.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I posted on the Q&A about it with a photo asap, and they replied kindly and said they'd send another pair of shoes out for me.

      If there was anything I'd want, yes, because their product and service was wonderful. But theres nothing I plan on getting from them (i only like their KDFs, but dont want to own a mini).

      Extremely easy.

      Less than 24 hours.

      Yes, it was. It's very well made and realistic looking.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Almost exactly. It is the first wig I've ever ordered, and I did not expect it to come completely 'styled', nor did I think the colour would be exactly the same, but it was.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, I absolutely love it.

      Yes, for wigs especially. If I ever need another, I'll look there first.

      Depending on how well the previous owner cared for it, yes. As long as it was in good condition, I would seriously consider it.

      It was great. I added the wig on a couple weeks after the doll and forgot to put combine orders on the Paypal notes. But they were still combined after talking to them. :3
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Dead easy. I paid through Paypal, it was confirmed the next day or so.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      He shipped on the 8th January 2009 and arrived on the 12th! [When Luts thought he`d come on the 15th and Parcelforce thought the 13th] And what with the Christmas event and all, I was surprised at how fast he arrived. :D

      Definately! He`s absolutely gorgeous and his wig is so soft :3

      Even better.

      Yess! He stood right out of the box, was well packaged and came with a free pair of shoes, postcards and a booklet on how to restring him :3

      payment was easy and confirmed later the night i paid

      was shipped out the next day Jan 8th, sadly after hitting US it took longer than normal and was stuck in customs for 5 days but there's nothing the company could have done about that

      yes

      yes and even more so, one of the shirts i purchased came with a scarf and I didn't realize becuase i don't remember it being posted that it did

      Yes, except the silicone eyes....kinda different from what I expected (since this is the first time I've seen it in RL)

      One thing to add is Luts box. Luts's very good at packing their products but then, they use surprisingly LARGE box for small items.
      My order isn't that big but Luts sent the stuff in a 1-and-a half feet tall box (about the size of an MSD)

      Well.. Yes, but I think he looked a little more sad IRL than he did on the sales pictures.

      Yes, but it wasn't Luts's fault. The doll just didn't fit the character at all.

      Good, they answered quickly and were very very polite.

      Easy using paypal.

      Shipped out on 10th Jan. That's fast!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      No. One wig comes with broken clips. And after two days, another clip broke... The shoes have tiny holes on the surface:sigh. However, the event wig is of high quality:|.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      No. The wig DW-161 is not in shape at all, nothing like the pic. And the colour of the acrylic eyes is quite different either (I don't think it's all because of comupter monitor since the glass eyes have similar colour).

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      No.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      They sent me extra clips and a pair of free shoes. They were very prompt to help. I should say their customer service is great, but I prefer to get things done correctly at the first time.

      Maybe I should have another try (by seeing all the positive feedbacks from others)?

      It depends.

      Very good. When I asked a question about the order they answered within 24 hours.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy with Paypal, and it was confirmed the next day.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      It was during the winter 08 event so my guy took a little under 9 weeks to arrive at my home. Once he was shipped it only took 3 days to get to my house!
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Oh yeah! I got him for the discounted price but the quality of the resin is very nice!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The sales pictures of Howl had him with a faceup, so technically no. But he is how I imagined he would be without a faceup.

      Very satisfied.

      Yes! This was my third time ordering and first time ordering a doll and it was a great experience despite the long waiting time.

      I just asked how long would take to re-stock the wig (it was sold out). I didn't receive an answer but 2 days later the wig was available.

      Easy, payment by Paypal.

      It shipped after they confirmed the payment, on the same day I did the order and paid. Took about 5 days to arrive, I guess. It was fast.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Sure it is! Really beautiful wig and soft fiber.

      Yes.

      Sure I am.

      Very! But unfortunately, one of the leg-pieces was broken because of the shipping, so I had to send it back and get another one in stead.

      Yes

      Very! I'm SO thrilled that I bought her. <3

      Well, I was satisfied, but I had to contact Luts because of a broken leg-piece that had been broken when it was shipped to me. But the whole time Luts were VERY nice and understanding, and they never doubted that I should get another leg-piece, and they payed the costs aswell in form of shoppingpoints. ^^

      Scertainly!

      I don't really fancy the idea of buying my dolls second-hand. But who knows, maybe. XD

      It took 43 days to ship and he was sent to my house on the February 13th, but I picked him up on February 14th.

      Yes.

      Pretty much, but he has a different face-up than in the pictures. Though, I think this face-up's better.

      How was the communication? Good, they told me about two weeks before it shipped that the zuzu outfit was out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock, so they asked me what to do with it, and I just asked for credit, which they applied after the order was shipped.

      How long did it take to ship? Forever it seems. But it shipped on Feb 10, 2009

      ok. i asked them lots of questions and i got the same answer (your order will be another 2-3 weeks) every time i asked. the third time they answered with that, they sent my order off the next day :\

      it freaked me out at first that there was no paypal option, but it didnt matter in the end, it was just as easy to use credit card.

      How long did it take to ship?
      an eternity. not until jan 24

      absolutely. i love him X3

      nope, he was better.

      donuts are magical pieces of resin that make all my dolls better, my El is fabulous (tho im not crazy about the twisty head-cap. its not his fault however XD) and the extra hands and wig that they sent me are great too^^

      no issue, just a long (for me) wait.

      CP Delf El dreaming head in WS (new type/type 2)

      December 2008 during the event period. The order arrived at the beginning of February 2009.

      I ordered the head as part of a group order placed at Luts. I'm replying to this thread to mention some issues I had with the head I ordered.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Luts lowered the prices before the order was placed, but the quality was worse than when I ordered the same type of head a year ago.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Not entirely. The eyelid lines that should be on the upper eyelids were absent as if the head came from an old mold or something and was missing details. The head was also covered in scratches as if someone had sanded it. The head from top till the brows, cheeks, eye lids, and chin had light and long scratches on them. This is not the damage that would happen if you drop the head, but if you sand it poorly with sanding paper.
      I bought a deaming El head a year ago and it did not have these scratches. In fact it has no traces of ever being sanded by Luts.
      Luckily I could get rid of the scratches by sanding the entire head with polishing paper. I painted in the missing eyelid lines when I did a face-up.

      I solved the problem myself.

      I'm not sure. I have bought from Luts several times before (multiple heads and full dolls) and have so far been a very happy customer, but I don't like the sudden poor quality. Perhaps Luts was rushed due to the event, but still I get a good head one hear and a poor head the next.

      Sure. I have done so several times before.

      The communication was very good. Because their event they were kind of late, but when I posted a question at their Q&A board of how long it would take, they replied very friendly within 24 hours.

      Really easy. I have chosen paypal and I got their paypal adress and then I had to send the money myself through paypal without any problems.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It took quite long. My doll arrived at February 20th, 2009. It was because of their event, so I understand. I have ordered more dolls from them in the past (but not during event periods) and they all had shipping within 4 weeks.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Very, very good! I love the quality of Luts delfs. And their prices are also very fair.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes! However, Luts forgot to add one pair of eyes that I ordered but... (see next question)

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      ... when I posted about it at their Q&A board, they said that they have noticed the missing eyes, but they didn't know which customer was missing them. So when I posted the message, they said they would ship the eyes right away and they did. Without any problems or extra costs.

      If it would be a sold out limited maybe. But that's because I prefer to buy my dolls fresh and new from the company.

The only "problems" that I had were that the bike was shipped separately from the doll and other items (which was fine, and completely understandable given the sizes of the items, but unexpected) and the tracking number I was given on their site was input incorrectly, so I was trying to track a nonexistent package.

      I posted to their Q&A board with questions about the items being shipped separately and the tracking number, and they completely addressed those issues and apologized profusely. The doll arrived the next mail day after the bike, so all was well!

      I didn't need to ask any questions, but the automated emails were great. I received an order confirmation, a payment confirmation, and when my parcel shipped I got an email with a tracking number and expected delivery date.

      Very easy. I chose to use their credit card system, and it was entirely straightforward.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It took almost exactly a month for the dolls to be made. My package was shipped out on the 22nd of April, and arrived in London on the 24th.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Both dolls are absolutely lovely, and I'm so pleased with them. Their faceups are also very beautiful. The acrylic eyes are very nice for the price - they don't look cheap at all - and the clothing all seems very well made, and fits very nicely. The only thing I wasn't overly pleased with was the wigs - the fit isn't brilliant, and they don't seem overly well made for the price.

      Apart from the wigs, which don't look quite the same on the dolls as they do in the pictures, everything looked very much like the sales pictures - nicer, even.

      I ordered a KDF boy Ttori with face-up and the wig KDW-16 For Kid Delf (Black).

      I ordered directly from the company.

      * How was the communication?
      They did not send me an e-mail confirming my payment (I think they said they were going to, but I could be wrong), but when I went on the website to check the status of my order, it said "Payment Confirmed." I guess it was to be expected, and I don't hold anything against Luts for it: They must have been very busy with their summer event. Other than that, they updated me on the status of my order the moment it was ready to be shipped, so I can't say I had any real issues with communication.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Exactly 22 days from when I ordered the doll and wig to the day I recieved the package. It shipped earlier than I expected! :)

      Definitely.

      Yes; though there was a very slight difference in the face-up, it's to be expected, what with it being hand-painted. You wouldn't notice it unless you really focused on the little details like I tend to do sometimes. :sweat

      Yep. The doll & head were pretty quality than the wigs though.

      The dolls looked EXACTLY like the pictures, which was a great surprise! The wigs look accurate too, but there was more styling product in it than expected.
