Luts Babydelf Daisy came home <3

Hi guys!
I am super excited to share my box opening photos of the girl that I've been waiting for so long.

A little story that got me to bring this beautiful girl home..*
Never bought a doll from Luts before, but I've always loved Luts company and their beautiful dolls.
(It was actually Luts that got me into Bjds. I've came across this company about 14~15 yrs ago)
One day, I was surfing on the internet to look at some photos of dolls and I got really drawn into the 'chilld' like featured dolls. I really loved the idea of dolls to look like a little child with the appearance of chubbiness. I knew before that there are some beautiful dolls out there with the child theme but only found most of them to be the size of a YoSD. As for my personal taste and all, I really like MSD size dolls and it came down to a list to choose from between Rosenlied's Holidays child & Luts Babydelf. I knew there was some talking from people that holidays child and BDF were similar etc, etc... and I was a little hesitant to choose from, but when I saw the face sculpt of Gabriel & Daisy for BDF, I knew that I had to bring her home. (I would've loved to bring Gabriel too but as for the money.. next time for sure ^_^)

It was a birthday gift for my self and I decided to treat myself a doll
I decided to choose Daisy to purchase and I ordered her in the 2nd week of March 2017.

The waiting game has ended and my beautiful girl arrived on June 15th, 2017.

So here is the box opening photos that I want to share here in DoA



I got home from work very stressed and tired but after seeing the box,
I was really happy and thrilled at the same time XD




I took out the box and I just love the front main picture of the box is the girl that I have ordered
I really like the color of the box.
I've ordered some wigs and shoes & small accessories during Luts sale and did a combine shipping so it came all together like this. They were all packed nicely.



Ohhh here she is! wrapped up like a mummy XD Don't you worry, I will take you out!
(She came with a CoA card and measurement chart with some mini photos & velcros for anti wig slip.



Bubble wrap is off and I can see her beautiful gentle face
I am amazed at the body once again. Very lovely sculpt and I just adore her chubbiness!

face mask is off and here she is with the company's faceup.
I was just going to buy 1~2 set of eyes for this girl and I ended up buying 6 pairs of 18mm eyes from a mix of Makoeyes & Enchanted doll eyes. It was hard to choose which eyes to put in and I think I was switching for an hour or so just on the eyes..



I had in mind of green eyes for Daisy and as I imagined it to be, She looked beautiful in these.
I really love how her face is just too adorable.
Luts did a amazing job on the faceup and I really like her lip color.

I tried this combination too. Beige eyes + Blonde wig.
Its amazing how switching wigs or eyes can make a huge difference in the look & atmosphere of the doll.
I think it matches well with this dress.
I have 4 sets of outfit that I purchased for Daisy and it was also hard to decide which one to wear first!
I really like the process of bonding with your dolls and I think the part where we put on the clothes is one of the best part from bonding! I really enjoyed the time that I spent to put on clothes on her

(*little side story* I got Uriel for my sisters wedding gift and it was her first BJD. She had interest in bjds but never thought about buying one. I chose BDF Uriel for my sister because I thought it would be nice to set a theme for both my Daisy and hers to be sisters as well. My sister's fav color is pink and I got her doll from head to toe with pink colored things. My sister loves her doll and I am happy too!)



I've decided to go with this look for now!
I love the color combo of brown hair with green eyes.
I think Daisy looks just too beautiful. Don't you guys agree?

I ordered the same dress so that our dolls could look like twins.

@ryeonggu Hehe Thank you! She really was worth the wait. I was always stalking Luts site everyday looking at the ordered status like a zombie! XD I had a hard time thinking about which gift to get for my sister's wedding and I thought since she does not have any but was always interested in my dolls and Bjds, I thought why not get her one She loves it haha.
As for the name for Daisy, I thought about few names such as Lola, Charlotte, and Hwayu (its a combination name of Chinese & Korean characters. It means beautiful flower).
Im having trouble deciding which one though >_<

@whisperwolf Thank you so much! I remember seeing your box opening photos of BDF girl a couple of months ago! It was that time where I had interest in child-like featured dolls and when I saw your box opening photos, it sparked me more in urge to purchase a BDF girl XD I have to thank you about that hehe
The outfit that is shown wearing in this thread are from Luts and the pink outfit is from Painted-Wings! I have two more outfits that I am hoping to share photos soon too.
My sister really loves her new doll. I thought carefully of which sculpt to buy and Uriel was the girl that I thought matched with my sister's taste best! I hope to hang out with my sister often and playing dolls often but she is very busy with work and I am too. I hope one day I can go out for meet-ups together too

@PoeticSoul I totally agree with you! I just adore their little chubby hands and feet! (Killing me with the cuteness ) Thank you so much for viewing my box opening photos. I really love dressing up my dollies and I sure did enjoy dressing this little one up Its a very relaxing and enjoyable hobby. I'm glad you enjoyed my posting

I would definitely recommend to you! Purchasing from Painted wings is very easy and very smooth transaction because you pay with paypal. After I hit the order button, I send them a separate email letting them know that I have paid and added some specifications on measurements since the dress that I ordered takes custom sizing. Just make sure to look carefully at the description to whether the designer takes custom sizing or not. If they do, you just write in the side note when you are checking out or you can just email directly to painted wings like I did. The owner(I'm guessing or she could be the management person), Vivien replies quite fast and she is very friendly! Also, the outfits all have different designers. When I was ordering, I asked about the estimated processing time etc, and Vivien contacted the designer to get the answer for that and replied back to me. For the dress that I have ordered is going to take about a month and a half for it to ship out :0
Painted wings have really nice clothes that they are selling ^_^
