My second Loongsoul fullset arrived yesterday and I was looking over everything and noticed some issues with the certificate of authenticity. Is it normal to have misspelled words on the CoA? Certificate, series, and skin are misspelled. I ordered from Legenddoll, which is supposed to be an official retailer, and now I'm worried I paid $1200 for a bootleg fullset. The doll and everything look gorgeous and everything is very detailed so I really hope this isn't a bootleg.
Legenddoll won't sell you a bootleg. Loongsooul is just very bad at English. I have 2 doll boxes that are misspelled: "Dream of Dall" and "Littefee". It's not uncommon and I secretly enjoy seeing it.
Misspellings and weird English are very common in this hobby! Those companies mainly operate in their native languages and representatives may not speak English at all, that's why we have dealers like Legenddoll. And if you ordered from a respectable dealer, you can be a 100% sure your doll is legit
Legenddoll is a legit and reputable dealer! They won't sell you a fake. And seconding that weird English, misspellings and typos are rather common in this hobby! Many doll companies or artists don't really speak or understand English after all. Also, if your doll comes with some sort of care booklet, a lot of the time, it looks like the text was probably just run though Google Translate without being proofread!
I have two Loongsoul dolls, purchased about a year and a half apart, and both of them arrived with "Cestilicates", haha. It just seems that's what their template says!
