Wanted Looking for trans-related mod work

Specifically, I'm looking for a primarily additive mod ideally involving magnets for one of my Feeple65 girls, and if possible, blushing + mani/pedi at the same time, though not required. Would very much prefer to keep it within the US. No real budget in mind; I just want it done, and done well, and am willing to pay whatever is reasonable.
