Wanted Looking for free patterns for 1/12 tinys

Jul 18, 2016

    1. If anyone has some links or tutorials for 1/12 scale tinies they're willing to share I'd really appreciate some links

    2. Thanks I should have been more specific I was looking for sewing patterns

    3. We can help more if you can tell us which tinies you have. A lot of dolls that are the same general size have differing proportions. Fairyland Pukipukis, for example, work well with any patterns intended for the older style Kelly/Shelly and Tommy dolls by Mattel. Lati dolls may or may not fit those same patterns even though I think Lati made a doll of similar size.. Special white I think?

    4. I actually don't have ANYdolls yet lol but for reference sake I'll probably get a dikadoll tiny

    5. They do have some cute dolls! I just adore Peach.

Judging by the measurements, Dika tinies are a bit bigger than Fairyland PukiPukis, and so probably won't fit the same clothes. The neck is similar, but the waist and hips are both bigger. Things that fit Pukifee or some LatiDoll bodies (not the White size, those are small) might be a closer size match. Some madame alexander sizes might also fit, if you look online in places like Pinterest for patterns- more mainstream doll collectors can be a great resource for BJD owners. If you'd like some good patterns that can be easily sized to any tiny or doll, this thread is about making your doll something easy so they have at least a first outfit, once it arrives.

    6. It's pretty fun for me that all the images in the links are long dead - It's like those "mystery" patterns you find on Crochet Pattern Central sometimes, I'll often work them up just to see what they are! "Pineapple hat. What? That's not a pineapple stitch. What could it be? OH! Haha! It's an actual pineapple hat! Good thing I worked it up in yellow!"
I usually love the result, and surprises are fun!

My girly has a bit of a tail/large rump, but I'll see what I can dig out of these for my own doll, too! Thanks both of you!

    7. Hellow! The DGRequiem patterns are very greats, but not free... You can try her patterns with her Freebies (Here: Freebies!) and if you like it, buy patterns you want after that. :thumbup I have some patterns from her and I love them!

    8. Looks like the freebies page here doesn't exist anymore but I did find some useful info on the sewing resources page, Thanks!
