Hi everyone, I am getting a minifee girl soon and I wanted to go ahead and make some clothes for her. I'd really like to find something similar to this: http://orig05.deviantart.net/4464/f/2016/095/9/2/rareblackgownlq_by_pia_sama-d9xwgbp.png

I have been able to pattern the bottom portion, but I am stuck on the top, any suggestions would be great!
