Thanks - it was the old necessity being the mother of invention thing - I'm just glad I rememebred seeing them in Build-a-Bear before going to the trouble of buying a cheap backpack and adapting it as had been my original plan.

Practical and workable as the build-a-bear one is, however, I've been doodling plans for making a BJD specific one with a series of front-covers so I could customise it to whichever of my gang happened to be using it at the time... probably a pipe-dream given my lack of ability to get aroudn to thigns, but it looks kind of cool in sketch form.

The only problems I had with the meet was that there were so many lovely BJDs around that I couldn't get to see half of them properly and I fell in love with far too many of them (particuarly a certain little Puki).

Plus, I'm so dreadful with names that I can hardly remember anybody's actual names (let alone which face goes with which DoA name or which face goes with which adorable BJD)

aww the daffodill pictures are beautiful! i wish i had come to the park with u all, but i got dragged off to Orbital and Forbidden Planet by my partner and brother, i guess its only fair tho as they did come round the aquaruim and to TGIs later.
