Lolita shopping services?

Buyee or Zenmarket might work? Unfortunately I'm more familiar with CN/Taobao shopping services, but these are ones I've heard other people use.

 

I've used Buyee to purchase from Dollyteria not for preorders but they have a warehouse and you can store your items for 30days before incurring fees and consolidate all packages for cheaper shipping.

 

I've used parcelup before, but that's for Taobao purchases.

I haven't used them personally, but I've seen Mint Kismet recommended as a shopping service before.

 

Get a Tenso address! Angelic Pretty and other brands recommend this as a forwarding service when shopping from Japanese stores. You can edit the invoice to help reduce import fees and they have a variety of shipping options. I usually have all my Japanese shopping sent there and consolidated to save on shipping fees. They also run Buyee. For lolita specific shopping services, I've used both Tenshishop and MintKismet. They're run by individuals so it's a much more personal service. Unfortunately it looks like Tenshi is on a break right now and I know MintKismet is hospitalised with a serious infection. Alternatively, WunderWelt carries EE.
