@Dybbuk you're sweet, but no need to apologize. I just chuckled. I knew two and a half weeks was way too short for my order.

@laquaza - I am kinda expecting that, too. They seem a tad bit disorganized (saying they'll ship the feet with the rest of my order, then forgetting). Mind you, I'm not mad or anything. I'm sure it's just a little shop with only a few people. Just that being disorganized tends to make things take longer.

 

I just got my shipping notification from acbjd! I'm so excited! Chloe will be my biggest doll by far, and I'm desperately hoping I'll be home when she arrives

 

I ordered a Gloomy Angel head on August 1st (was one of the ones who had to pay extra due to the site price error) and I got the shipping notice on the 26th.

Been doing the aggressive refresh thing on the tracking lol Flight number KE011 but on which dayyyyyyyyyy

 

Turns out they stop selling on the 30th, so I reconsidered my doll plans and got a Sweet Little Sarubia in white skin on the Echo body. I quite like Gloomy Sophia, too, but I cannot do both. Could've gone for heads I suppose, but I know I'm not good with those-

 

Finally made my very last minute order - a Muse Sarubia (string ver.) + a Little Harmony Vampire Little Sophia head. Both with faceup. I've been thinking about what I want to order from Little Monica for the past month and these are the two things I really want.

(I've been really into fashion-sized dolls lately and Muse Sarubia looks so precious! I didn't even know Little Monica had a fashion-sized line! And I fell in love with Vampire Little Sophia when I saw a secondhand one on Mandarake but waited too long and someone else had snagged her.

I technically already have my two grails: Harmony Eden and Harmony Roselyn that I was fortunate enough to buy from Little Monica's booth at two separate Hong Kong Dollvie conventions a number of years back.)

Is it normal for Little Monica to not send an order confirmation? I didn't make an account but do have the receipt from the purchase. By the way, I bought a Little Lariat! Her eyes and facial expression really reminds me of one of my OCs.

 

@SaltedPretzel I do received email confirmation from previous purchases, but did not receice any on this last sale. I did emailed them first because paid by transfer and they confirmed payment received. Have you reach out to them by email? or if you can check your order is it item processing?

 

Thanks for the tips! I haven't bought from a company directly in some time, and I forgot about checking the order by the number. It is in "item processing."

 

I did add a Gloomy Little Sophia head at the last second. Couldn't do a whole second doll, but from what I've seen they match Withdoll decently well, so I'll be hybriding with that. I'll just have to make sure the body's ready before the head, because I know from experience that I won't do anything with floating heads...nothing worse that just having a head with no purpose.

 

You could always do what @Teddy does and start a row of wig-heads.

 

My Gloomy Angel is in my city, so I assume he will be delivered tomorrow.

He shall be a floating head while I decide what to do with him. He was a bit of an impulse buy.

 

I paid off what looks like will be my only LM boy (Little Kliff) a few days ago, and was told he'd ship after November sometime. I'm super excited and lowkey hope he ships soonerrrrrrrrrrr

 

I decided to finally order a Kliff in the Harmony body with white skin but no faceup. Eventually he will have a faceup and hopefully eyes too. I bought his default outfit a long time ago and had planned on buying him anyways.

I'm super excited to see him come home whenever that is

 

I also havent been getting any email confirmations from the last sale. But checking the website, my heads from August order shipped last friday

 

Were your heads ordered with or without a faceup? I'm hoping my head with a faceup will send out soon, trying to gauge how much longer it'll take.

Back to report my lone head with a faceup has been shipped out this morning! I'm very excited to receive him.

 

Argh... I keep checking my status, knowing full well that with all the stuff I ordered, it's going to be a wait.
But I keep hoping...

 

I'm wondering if maybe they are combining my orders as I have heard nothing about my blank boy I ordered at the end of July before they announced the discontinuation. Maybe soon.

 

I keep checking mine non-stop too! Ordered a Haazel and Bear with face-ups on the 31st of August. Hoping they ship soon!

 

My Sweet Sophia head with faceup was shipped. It's already in the US too. I checked last week, and it there were no status update. I ordered on 8/12. Seems like it was shipped a few days ago according to the tracking number. I'm sure everyone else should get their dolls soon too.

 

I ordered a full doll with face-up on August 4th and she shipped December 2nd!

 

Of course I ran over and checked my status, lol - still waiting. But I have hope!

Dec.14 EDIT: She's arrived! And just impeccable as expected of LM. I am extremely glad I ordered a faceup, because she's exactly who I fell in love with.

I forgot to mention my Roselyn boy arrived the other day and my Irin was shipped as well!

 

My Little Haazel head arrived today! He's so cute, and absolutely perfect to portray a young version of Azrael (the DZ Raymond in my profile pic!)

 

I've received my Gloomy Irin, and a relief that I like the faceup, feel a bit intense compared to regular Irin.

 

My order just shipped as well and I have very mixed feelings about it . I will miss Little Monica so much.

 

Forgot to update. Order shipped 12/13 (got shipping email 12/16) and arrived 12/19. Though had to pick it up at the post office on 12/20 since we got home right after the mail came and it required a signature.
The heads are lovely though, and I adore Audrey's ears. ;3;

 

Le sigh. Still waiting. This is my fault for ordering so much stuff.
I wonder what they're going to do with leftover inventory? Probably sell it to dealers, eh? There's always someone who cancels an order at the last minute.

 

I know how you feel I'm still waiting on mine to ship from the 31st of August.

 

I wonder about left over stuff, too. Not necessarily resin but wigs and eyes and such. When Rosenlied closed they put in extras (usable with the size doll you got) specifically to reduce old stock but LM doesn't seem to feel the need.
I'm still waiting too, by the way, but I'm not that surprised, I ordered close to the deadline and as such have reached three months of waiting.

 

Anyone else having issues accessing their website? It's giving all of my browsers fits (security stuff).

Edited to add: It really does make a difference when you use the correct website. The website is fine.

Ahhhhh, I ordered my first bjd a muse harmony Sarubia and gloomy muse Sarubia head 30 August and I am so nervous. Is it normal to wait this long? Please I feel like I'm going a little insane

 

Probably fine, I think. I think they said up to five months. I'm still waiting, too but I ordered close to the deadline.

 

I see, I can breathe easier now. I'm so glad I asked here I didn't want to seem like I was being a bit much. Tbh it might be because one of the first bjd's that got me into this hobby was Lumedoll and I missed that when it got discontinued. I really should stop doing this to myself

 

Well, cats56 getting their order for 2 full dolls pushed me over the edge - I finally sent an email to the company (I ordered one doll and some parts approximately 2 weeks before cats56 did).
Fingers crossed.

 

Yeah that's definitely worth an email. I hope you recieve a response from them! I actually tried to email them early december because I was worried they weren't going to ship/arrive before I moved but I never got a reply from them.

 

That appears to be the case for me, too. Sigh.
I've actually emailed them twice. No response.

 

Lunar New Year started this weekend, so maybe Littlemonica is distracted by that?

That's very true actually, I don't know much about national holidays in Korea, this could very well affect shipping. I wonder if postal strikes are also a part?

They replied to me email. They said my doll was in the final stage of production and would be shipped soon.

I never knew waiting for a head with a face-up would make me so impatient, but it is. lol I'm about two weeks away from the five-month mark, so I really hope it'll be shipped out soon. . .

 

This is a bittersweet update: my Sophia is here, and dear dog, this body is gorgeous. I'm sad that this company is no more. I would have loved more Grace Harmony Echo bodies. Not even a little bit sorry I decided to spring for her when Little Monica announced they were closing their doors. I just wish I had gotten more sooner.

Guess I'll save up for a Migidoll body (next year, next year, next year...).

Box opening later. Now, I'm going to dress her up in something pretty and smile. And feel a little sad.

Received an e-mail late last night that my head has finally been shipped! I guess that five month mark was pretty accurate, but man. . . I guess I'm used to three month waits because I swear I was checking the status of my order every day for the last two months. lol

 

I'm happy to report my orders have arrived, funnily enough no shipping notice! What a surprise, though my status was changed don't know when that happened. I'm so happy but so sad at the same time, just waiting for a wig for her to come.

 

Has anyone received any shipping notices lately? I ordered very close to the last day, so I expected to have to wait a bit but now I'm approaching 6 months and getting a little nervous...

My girl I ordered in September just shipped but I didn't get an email from LM.

 

How did you find out that your girl had shipped? Did they change your shipping status on the LM site?

As for me, I did write an email but I haven't heard back yet. I'm also keeping an eye on the website.
