They changed my status on the site! I just decided to check randomly and saw that my order had shipped. No communication from them at all.

Yes, I put in my order on the 28th of September!

 

I got am email back. They just said that my order was almost done ans apologized for the delay. But things are progressing which is good. I think this is one of my longest wait times for blank dolls. Only Lillycat was similar

 

hello everybody!! i just received my order today with absolutely no warning, haha. i didn’t receive a shipping/delivery email but thankfully everything arrived safely.
i ordered a little harmony jeremy on a girl body + heel feet on 9/20/22, was told my order started on 9/23/22, and she’s now home on 3/14/23! so a little over 6 months waiting time. she’s only my second doll, but i’ve always loved little monica so waiting was definitely worth it! hopefully everyone’s orders also arrive soon.

 

My order status changed to 'On shipping' today and looks like it's shipped! The EMS number works! I ordered on 29 Sept 2022.

Oh, and did not receive any shipping email.

 

My doll arrived today! Ordered a full doll with faceup on September 28th of last year. Glad she's finally arrived. The wigs I ordered are so nice...

 

Figured I’d most about my own small order status: I ordered 2 pairs of hands back in September 2022 and they just arrived today out of the blue. I also didn’t receive a shipping notice so I had no idea they were on their way. Box got beat up pretty bad in transit, but the hands arrived safe and sound and my Zaoll girl is happy to have a new pair of hands to tote around.

 

And my order has arrived after 6 days in transit (4 working days, since there was also a weekend)!

Everything looks great and arrived in great condition! I got a Muse Sarubia and a Vampire Little Sophia head, both with faceups. Their faceups are just immaculate. Muse Sarubia is so much tinier than I'd imagined but so cute and delicate!

LM did somehow use two shipping boxes though. Looks like they'd started packing my order in a smaller box then realized it was too small but instead of transferring what they'd already packed into a bigger box, they just put the smaller box into the bigger box then but the rest on top of the smaller box! Good thing they didn't charge for extra for shipping.

Oh, and for the shipping label, they labelled the contents as 'garments and accessories'. I didn't have any trouble with the label not matching the contents, but I hope it doesn't cause any trouble in places with stricter customs checks!

@namika I'm not gonna lie, that info about the label kinda worries me, hoping for the best here.
These are likely the last batch of orders going out, if something goes wrong here who knows if that can be fixed.

The shipping label really surprised me as 'garments and accessories' seems so random and nothing close to the actual contents, especially since I didn't order any doll clothes...

All the other dolls I've ordered before were labelled either 'doll', 'toy', 'plastic figure' or 'resin sculpture'.

This is the first time I've ordered direct from LM though, so not sure if this is their usual practice or not.

 

Mine also said garments and accessories! Might just be a thing.

 

Mine said the same thing! And the tax invoice declared my purchase as less than $100, which I suppose is lucky!

 

Well, my tracking indicates it has cleared customs so apparently it was fine
Will probably arrive either tomorrow or on Friday!
My order had arrived, yay!

 

I ordered in-stock Laura head from DolkBJD on layaway to test out their process. Layaway went smootly, paid in two portions, they confirmed all the payments in less than 24 hours and told me a day after the final payment that they are preparing to ship. Now waiting for the shipping and hope it goes as fast and smooth as everything so far. It's so sad that Little Monica does not exist anymore, so no more ordering from them... it's bitter sweet to get this order.

 

Did everyone get their orders? I had ordered a head while they were still available, but the order status never changed from pending and I never got a reply to my inquiries. It looks like their email doesn't even work anymore. Did anyone else have issues?

 

@yukiri yes I got mine, early this year, I got the email shipping notification too. I think most people got theirs about 6 months waiting. I'm not sure how else to reach out to them now. Maybe try contacting them through Atelier Limo? I hope you'll able to get yours sorted soon

I was sick for a while and totally forgot about this. I found the email on the Atelier Limo page and forwarded the message to them. I'll see what happens.

 

You guys, Atelier Limo is so wonderful. It's taken a bit of back and forth, but even though they don't even work for Little Monica anymore they've been working to help make things right for me. I don't have my order in hand still (as it turns out they don't have any more stock left of what I ordered), but they're working on getting me a replacement.
I didn't really expect anything considering my order apparently fell into some sort of void, but it looks like there's hope still.

 

@yukiri That's great news! I would like to hear what they'll eventually do to make it up to you, I hope you'll keep updating

 

I'm happy to report that everything worked out in the end!
Atelier Limo delivered the replacement head. I had to pay an extra $50 for shipping, but it was understandable since my original order didn't go through them.
Then, as soon as I got the replacement I finally got a reply to my original inquiry from the original seller. They apologized, told me they couldn't fill the order, then refunded my payment (minus some Paypal fees). In the end I was able to get the head for the cost of shipping and some Paypal fees, so even though it was a lot of time and back and forth it was completely resolved in the end.

 

@yukiri I'm so happy to hear that! Not ideal that you had to pay extra shipping, but the fact that it got resolved at all is impressive.

 

Just placed my order for the new rose beige Sophia on an echo body! So excited to see what the event $500 spend gift is. Little Monica did not have PayPal listed as a payment option but after messaging on Instagram they fixed it so we can make international orders now.

 

Last Monday I caved and bought both a Little Monica Sophia on the Echo Body, along with the lovely Luna Indicolite outfit! I'm very excited as I wait for them both to arrive.
