I haven't recieved my order confirmation email and it's been nearly a week (though I have recieved my Paypal payment confirmation). I posted on their Q and A page and recieved a reply saying they would help with my order that day, but it's been a few more days and still nothing. Should I be concerned?
Haven’t ordered from them before. (Though I’m thinking of doing so soon.) The Little Monica site seems to be having trouble sending out confirmation emails as I see a lot of people asking about the same thing in their Q&A board. What is the status of your order on the site? Does it say ‘confirmed’? If so, I don’t think you have to worry about the email. If you order status is still ‘unconfirmed’ or ‘unpaid’, you should probably contact them again as it’s already been a few days since they said they’d fix it.
In my experience of buying from other companies, 'Item processing' can mean that they have received your order and payment, and that they are working on your order. But it's still a good idea to ask for confirmation. Hope you hear from them soon!
Update: Didn't recieve my email confirmation but finally recieved a response saying my order was indeed confirmed and in progress!
That's great to know! (And they were probably late to replying to their Q&A as it was the Chuseok holidays.)
