Wait Times Little Monica order confirmation email?

Haven’t ordered from them before. (Though I’m thinking of doing so soon.) The Little Monica site seems to be having trouble sending out confirmation emails as I see a lot of people asking about the same thing in their Q&A board.

What is the status of your order on the site? Does it say ‘confirmed’? If so, I don’t think you have to worry about the email. If you order status is still ‘unconfirmed’ or ‘unpaid’, you should probably contact them again as it’s already been a few days since they said they’d fix it.

 

In my experience of buying from other companies, 'Item processing' can mean that they have received your order and payment, and that they are working on your order.

But it's still a good idea to ask for confirmation. Hope you hear from them soon!
